I bought my daughter a used Infinity Q60 here in 2022. I added additional warranty coverage because she would be traveling to college and back and I wanted her to have roadside assistance, towing, and rental car coverage. Today, she got stranded in College Station and could not find the information on the additional coverage. I called Mini with the hopes that they could tell me what coverage they offered and who I could call. Finance director, James Delvalle, answered the phone, looked up my information in their records, and emailed me the warranty contract. I sent it to my daughter and the problem was taken care of. Thank you James for your efficiency and willingness to help!

I purchased a hybrid BMW and I worked with Ernesto and Nicholas. Both were attentive and made this the EASIEST car purchase I’ve ever had. I put zero down thanks to an EV credit of $4,000 that was applied to my purchase. The salesmen did an excellent job finding me a vehicle in my budget that was super clean with only 35k miles (2018). The finance manager (Polina) was amazing as well-she didn’t sell me things I didn’t need, listened to what I said, and curated options that made sense for me! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car 🩷
