I recently purchased a mini cooper and I arrived for my first oil change then it came to my attention That I needed a battery replacement. I went in for a new battery following that week. The front desk service lady is absolutely a doll. I patiently waited for maybe an hour and a half tops and honestly, I couldn’t complain one of the best dealerships I have been to in a long time. . Truly happy to be a part of the mini family <3

As always ... the best in every aspect. However, first disappointment! After spending most of the day at dealership my car was ready but after driving it about 100 yards noticed something drastically wrong so went back to dealership. Found out that sparkplugs were damaged and needed to be replaced! Ended up with a loaner which was fine but the service dept really need to drive test vehicle before returning to owner. Other than that .. no complaints .. great company.

My husband bought my first Mini Cooper in 2010. Driving Minis is such a blast. So on the occasions when service is needed it is great to have a dependable service center. Recently my current Mini Cooper needed service for a battery issue. I took it to Mini of The Woodlands Service Center. The service I received there was great and my service advisor Selene kept in touch by phone and text which made it go really smooth. My husband & I were in the process of moving into a new home and it was a very busy time. The fact that Selene was able to call and also text us made contact quick so my husband and I could make decisions on the go. The car was ready at the time that they told us it would be. Also, I need to mention that when I picked up my car it was so clean that it looked like it just rolled off of the showroom floor. Our thanks to Selene, Kara and the rest of their team for doing such a great job from start to finish. Thanks also to Mini of The Woodlands. Everyone there got it all right!
