My appointment was early Saturday and I arrived early before the garage doors were open. I parked for a few minutes and the doors were raising up and a very nice young women named Mykalyn greeted me. We had a polite conversation and she asked if I had an appointment. I did and she proceeded to check me in and told me to have a seat in they would get right to work. Not long after, she said I was ready to go. My vehicle was serviced and ready to go. I was back on the road in a short time. She went over the report with me and I was very satisfied with the service and Mykalyn. Thanks Mini of the Woodlands!

I came in because my 2013 mini's engine was on its last leg. The team at the dealership Mini of the Woodlands, in particular Ernesto came up with several options to get me into a new mini of my choice. I've never felt so looked after on truly a stressful day. Ernesto took the time to sit in the car with me and go through all of the new settings and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. He's reached out since to check in on me and let me know he's there if I have any questions come up. Truly outstanding service and I could not be happier. i hate leaving bad reviews but this has ruined my week. i brought my car in to get my a/c fixed; they fixed the a/c, this is not the problem. they didn’t get my car back to me until they were closed, and the second i drove away from the dealership, my car started to overheat and i had to drive very slowly back home. when i got back i discovered that with the entire two days they took to fix my car, they didn’t even bother to put my car back together all the way. i don’t know what this piece is supposed to screw back in to, and now i’m not completely confident they didn’t leave anything else out of my car. everyone was very kind, but this is incredibly inconvenient as i don’t live nearby.

Ernesto was quick to respond to my online inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in. He was very nice and helpful with my questions. He scheduled an appointment with me for the following day so that I could see the vehicle and test drive it. He went over the features of the vehicle and helped me set up some of the settings he thought would be most helpful after my purchase. It was a great experience and I will definitely visit the dealership again for service and if I am looking for a new vehicle. The sales manager was nice and helpful along with the finance manager. Again, a great team at the dealership!!!

The service department at this location consistently feels disconnected from the front desk. Every time I bring my MINI in, there is a significant lack of communication between the two teams. Most recently, I waited five months for parts. The only update I received was that they were 'coming from Germany,' with no further details or effort to expedite the process. It is hard to believe a major brand like MINI operates with such inefficiency and lack of interest in customer service. I purchased this vehicle from the Woodlands dealer and have two daughters who also love MINIs, but we will certainly be taking our future business elsewhere.

Justin, my service advisor, is always patient, takes the time to clearly explain the maintenance process, and gives helpful reminders about things to be aware of. The repair technician also uploads a video after each service. While the explanation is a little fast, everything else is absolutely perfect. They even provide a complimentary car wash. Best experience I’ve had at mini Of The Woodlands yet no arguments with the service advisor over when my oil change. Should we do and suggested things that I actually had done to my car that made sense to me. I will also be getting tires within the next 3 to 4 months. Brought the car to this dealership after high quotes at an independent reaper facility made going there not competitive. That itself was surprising to me considering the dealership had higher hourly rates. The service on my 2014 MINI was excellent, and the service advisers were both responsive and friendly. I was offered a loaner car since my car was going to be there overnight. The repairs were completed promptly and I was very satisfied. Will definitely consider MINI of the Woodlands first for my future service needs on this car, although I will admit if there are cheaper alternatives, I would consider those also. I know enough about vehicles to know when I’m being taken for a ride. 😏
