I’ve been to other Midas locations in the past and have had good experiences. I went to the Conroe location last week and the guys there were great. The manager David was very kind and I like that he was very transparent and honest with me about my car. I definitively recommend them and will be back again in the future!

I went ther to get the studs on my jeep fixed today and on the phone initially was told it was going to be a 100 or so. I showed up and they said 167 per wheel. Iwas like ok it needs to get fixed ,but when i stayed and watched from across the parking lot all i saw them do literally jus take the wheel off and put it back on the mechanic told me himself that was all he did and they had the nerve to still charge me 340 for something that could have bin done anywhere else for 20-40 bucks DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

My Husband and I recently took my car to Midas for a much needed repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The technicians are clearly experienced, taking the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly and explain the necessary repairs in detail. They even provided me with a clear estimate, and I appreciated that there were no surprise charges when the work was done.
Not only was my car repaired quickly, but the quality of the work was top-notch, my car is running better than ever. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the whole experience hassle-free.

I had been a going to Midas for some time but had to end things due to some shady behaviors.
Car 1 finally reached the end of its life and they were desperate to “help take it off my hands” for free, or course. It was the only time they’d ever called me about my vehicle, in the past I always had to call them to check on things.
Car 2 they lied about ordering parts and they would not call my insurance to cover the cost, and I’m not sure why. I had to repeatedly give them the number and tell them to call to get the cost covered. They claimed they did the repair but when I took it to a dealership the vehicle was still needing a repair for that part. I think they never even did the repair. They are completely dogging my insurance, and screwing me over by not answering. David knows he was engaging in shady, slummy business. You’re a gross man David.
It’s a shame they do good work for a slightly high price but it was very odd they started lying and being shady.
Just be ware doing business here.
