These guys are my saviors. They will work with you for what you need done. I've been coming here for years and will continue to. Matt and Ed at the front are always there to help. They have fixed my little fiat for so many things over the years, from random things to regular maintenance. They work with the budget I have and always fix the worst things first to keep me safe. These guys are always prompt with service. It may still be a few days, but they are mechanics and do have other cars to work on. They got me safely back on the road before a trip recently and cannot thank them enough. Matt will alway take the time to try to explain what they are doing and what is messed up in lamens terms for us non-mechanics, and I deeply appreciate it. Thanks, guys. I'll see y'all in a few months again to fix those other few things.

Having had a great experience on previous visits I walked in without an appointment to get a safety inspection. Greeted with "no problem" and within 20 minutes I was back on my way. Their repairs are always solid. In fact, my wife's car had an air conditioning problem that the dealer just could not or would not resolve. Took it to Elders and they got it done!

Very nice honest and professional staff. Explained to me all the work they were going to do before and after completion. They saved me money by taking a little extra time to fix my problem instead of saying I needed to replace this or that. Very accommodating to my time. Matt was very helpful and friendly. The owner Robert was very nice and so was his wife Debra. I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone needing service done on their vehicle.

Amazing business. Clean. Professional. Great attention to detail. I brought my 06 Expedition in for an AC repair and the work was done right and how I would have done it. I used to be a technician and this place is top notch. Would come back and recommend others to do the same. Matt was who I worked with and he did an amazing job and answered all my questions fast and fit me into his tight schedule! Now my A/C is too cold! Thanks Elders Automotive!

I have a 1976 Volkswagen Bus and it was really hard to find someone that wanted to help me out. I had it lowered a few months ago and my front end wouldn’t get aligned. The folks at Elders had no issue whatsoever taking my baby in and were confident that they could get it fixed for me. It was somewhat of a challenge to get the parts due to having it lowered. But after ordering some custom parts, they got this beautiful machine back on the road and made me the happiest guy ever. Thanks Elders! You guys rock…👊🏼

I have enjoyed the work that the team at Elders has done for my truck over many years. I drive an older vehicle and they have always given it top notch attention to keep it running smooth for me! Ok he proactively advise on upcoming items to keep aware of and will send a price quote ahead of time for you to be planning for. By retaining all of the maintenance history in their system, they keep up with the needs of each vehicle. Great work all around!!!

We've had mechanical service performed on our fleet trucks and have been getting hydraulic hoses made here periodically for the last 19 years. Yesterday, I was turned away and had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different shop. I guess it was too much of an inconvenience, or not a big money maker. Disappointed about this,

My dad recommended them for fixing my AC since I drive a 18 wheeler and am never home so fixing it myself isn't a option right now and my family uses the car while I'm away. So it needed fixed. Their repair prices are good and in competition with any other shops in the area. They will look over you're car good and will tell you if they see anything else but won't push it on you at all. Or try and get something else fixed that you dont want to do like some shops will when they tell you you're car needs this and that before they will do this. Well Elders doesn't do that. They ordered parts and I had my car back late afternoon on 2nd day. UPDATE. Ac is still messed up on car. Will Update again on if they are willing to look at it or fix it.

I bought a 72 Corvette from a young lady 8/25 from Houston. She gave me a large ticket receipt from these gentleman from 2020. I have my own lift and do a lot of my own work. So I put the car on my lift to check things out. Sure it's been 5 yrs and I've had to fix a few things and tighten here and there. But overall everything they charged her for, they did. And they did a professional job. It's hard to find shops like this that know & care about Old Cars. I would highly recommend them Thanks Tony

Wow! The service was top notch! Everyone, from the tow to the men on the phone to the repairs, was so nice. Professional. The repairs were so thorough. They aren't just skilled, they are genuinely kind. I will never go to another mechanic again. I highly recommend their services. They went through our car with a fine tooth comb. Spoke with Jeremy on a Monday, asked about services needed. After being assured that their diagnostics and turn around for repairs would be quick, I chose to drop off the vehicle the next morning(Tuesday). I called to check in on the vehicle's progress and was told the same thing about diagnostics 3 separate times with no clear resolution. Friday came around and I managed to pick up the vehicle, took it to another mechanic which offered the diagnostics, a quote and did the services needed within 24 hours of drop off. I paid 160 dollars and wasted 4 days, for poor communication and being told what I already knew was the cause of the check engine light on the vehicle. There was a half drank water bottle in the car when picked up and more damages as well.
