Took my 4Runner to get an O2 sensor replaced, they grounded the wiring causing E-brake light to turn on, traction control going out, ABS going out, caused the motor for the radio antenna to not function properly and a constant beeping and messed up something with the alternator and caused $2-10K in damages and Toyota doesn’t want to fix because they have no idea what they messed up. The beeping was there when we picked it up and stopped after we cycled the lights but the very next day it started again and won’t stop. They refused to take responsibility for all the damages they caused and were rude when we brought the issues. Don’t take any vehicles here!

Best place hands down for your daily repair needs! Charge much less than dealerships or even their competitors, but provide you with the same excellent service. My family has been coming to them for years and they have done a superb job each and every time. They have even recommended me not having certain repairs done on my car due to them not being needed/it not being worth it in the long run. Make sure you talk to Gary, he will give you the best deals and a completely honest run down on anything that you need.

Been using A Davis for 15 years. Bringing mine , my wife and my daughter’s vehicles in for inspections and repairs and have been very satisfied. Satisfied enough to be recommending this shop to close family and friends including my parents who are retired and on fixed income and who have spent themselves a large sum of money on many vehicles at the shop. Our recent experience was so bad that we will not continue our service with them as well as my parents and close friends who use them. I believe a few years back that it was sold by original owner and it has not the same. Mr Davis was great and this new guy who says he is owner straight lied about the services performed when he thought we couldn’t prove it. And when we did prove him wrong and untrustworthy and confronted him over it he didn’t care. To keep it short it had to do with warranty work and he was found to be not trustworthy which is super sad seeing how long we had been going there along with all of our recommendations for them over the years.(edit after response from shop) No records of us? Two catalytic converters, one o2 sensor and a inspection in about 9 months. Definitely the correct shop. That was the shady defense that you used last time. “ You where never here.” Even though you had just replaced a new catalytic converter in the vehicle and then something went wrong and check engine light came on with a code going back to the catalytic converter. So you replaced the 02 sensor in March along with doing a inspection.. Fast forward to August and same light and code comes on and we bring it in and you say it is the o2 sensor problem and that it will cost so and so dollars and we say it was just here for this in March. You state “. we where never there in March”. Then suddenly change your mind with what is wrong with the vehicle and replace the catalytic converter again. Ringing bells now! As you see from the photo they know exactly who we are. You where proven wrong then with receipts so looks like we needs to go more public since you didn’t seem to learn you lesson last month.

Bad Business, I got let down the first time I came here to have a radiator replaced. Recently tried them again for a AC issue made an appointment for Wednesday morning when I got there completely avoided me for 10 minutes and then tells me he can’t do anything for me. I get that you are busy but don’t make appointments with people and then blow it off when they get there.

A Davis Auto Repair is the BEST! My parents and brother have been going there for years and recommended to me. Yesterday they fixed my old a/c for less than other places wanted to do a leak inspection. If you don't know how to fix your car yourself you can trust A Davis to be honest with you. I just moved here from Florida, I got an inspection done in Harris county and they (DMV) did not accept that it had to be done In Montgomery county. Well this morning I took my Chevy equinox to this place and got my inspection done by Mr. Adam let me tell you Everything was done accurately and no Hassle at all since I’ve been going crazy. Professional, Polite and very kind. I would highly recommend getting your inspection or any car repair here. I would give 100 stars if I could. Great place to go and money work .

Great unassuming place with friendly owner who says it like it is. After coming from the dealership with a list of to dos, he examined the list of items and deemed them unnecessary at this time…not only this but he refused to take anything for his consultation! Definitely recommend for all your auto needs! PS he also does emission and safety inspections (if you still require it)
