Im reading the reviews and I’m amazed how they say they were treated like family ! I went to pick up my vehicle and was told to see a Mr Davis for payment ! He was the most unfriendliness person I’ve ever encounter ! I left the svc dept and said to myself I would never come to this place again ! So many reasons I can’t even explain how disappointed I was with all the experience in this svc department !

Friendly, no pressure sales people, there's a cafe section, lots of good choices, while you wait for your vehicle. I wish they would clean the inside and windows when getting a car wash, and put my dash view back to where it was!

I arrived at MBOTW convinced that I had already found the car I wanted to purchase; that being a 2018 BMW X5. Nevertheless, I wanted to do my due diligence and check out the 2018 CPO GLE 350. I had an appointment with Sammy Mourtada for 4pm. I arrived with my father 25 minutes after the hour. Sammy was engaged with another customer. We were guided to the lounge area by an associate for a brief wait. Sammy, came out and greeted us and explained that he was running a little behind and introduced Michael Thomson. From there, Michael took charge and was the consummate professional. Sammy checked in with us periodically to make sure we were being taken care of, but Michael was absolutely a pleasure to work with. A gentleman and a solid representative of MBOTW. He will do very well for y’all. Take care of him! Sammy stayed with us until the deal was completed and took the time to give us an overview of the car. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Professional staff and a pleasant buying experience! Building a relationship for the future.

This is the 7th car I buy from this dealership and I will buy the next 7 from them. Anthony Surface has been able to help me during the purchase of my vehicles and afterwards as well. My wife and I enjoy working with him on our car purchases. Their service department also does an incredible job. Gaston has helped me with all of my car needs regardless of the day or time. Upper management is always there to answer any questions and help to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Joe and Nick go the extra mile to come out of their office just to say hello and ask if there is anything they can do for me during my routine visits. Dealership is easy to work with - from scheduling, to servicing, to delivery after the service. Received positive confirmation of the appointment time, was greeted kindly when arriving, and service was performed while I waited. Was experiencing issues with the online in-car and app services (mBrace), but dealership verified functioning system, confirmed with mBrace services, and allowed me to test with my phone using the app. Waiting area is second to none.

I’ve been with MBoTW since they opened years ago. Service is professional, courteous, and expedient as expected of a Mercedes-Benz dealership. If you have to wait for the work to be done, the lounge area is of high quality and comfort with amenities, and the staff is pleasant to deal with. Courtesy loan car or shuttle service are great alternatives for those who have other things to do.

As a new resident I was a little worried about bringing my car to a new dealership so I had my husband take it expecting problems since I did not purchase from here. It was a maintenance service for 20,000 miles. My husband was met on service drive immediately and introduced to Liz who was a great asset to your business. . She was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and explained what was taking place with the timeline and all of the items to be checked. Bought my Mercedes GLE 350 in for its B maintenance. The staff treat you like royalty and trust me I am not. By the way I had an appointment they took me right away and after 2 hours all done. I prepaid for the maintenance it is the only add on that I will ever do to the price of the car.I feel that it is a very good deal.

I’m 100% sure of not ever coming back here again to get my car serviced, since I had an experience that left me really upset. Based on reading several of the other reviews of others experiences, I am not surprised by the unpleasant, dishonest, and greediness I witness when bringing my car here for just a simple A1 service. I’ve had Gaston Reyes 3 times as my advisor. Never had any issues with him the last two times, then again, my car is relatively new and I don’t drive often. This third time left a bad note for me. I had emailed him prior, asking if my car needed service and what was the price ofA1 service. He quoted me $359 plus tax. Bring my car in for service and was told I need tires done etc.. said I would reconsider for next time. When it got time for check out, I wanted to make sure I was not going to be ripped off because I did have several coupons emailed to me and I like to keep receipts so I had the email that he mentions A1 service is “$359 plus tax”. Mind you, I didn’t bring up or mention the any coupons. I wanted to confirm that $358.35 was my total. He replies that’s correct and that is with an added on $100 off coupon. Slightly confused since I had emailed him prior to get a quote of what A1 total was and he mention it’s was around that price (quoted $359 plus tax). So I did let him know how is that a discount when you quoted me $359 plus tax price for A1 service through email? He claimed the time I had email him, 5 DAYS later the prices have gone up. Wow, you'd think a luxury brand like Mercedes would notify customers of the price rise because it adheres to a specific standard of so called luxury brand-guess not. I call it BS and dishonesty. I am fully aware that advisor need to make a commission off the service and I am sorry that my service is not as high as usually but it doesn’t mean you get to be greedy and rip off your customers. Spoke to Mark/Matt I believe, the service director, and although he somewhat honored it -he was pretty dismissive, and of course defending his employees for their unethical ways. Not shocking. Total out pay bill $278.14 ($358.35-$100=258.35) yeah, this point I’m not going to argue for $19.79-but that 19.79 was VERY IMPORTANT for them -again, just shady. They lack remorse and make excuses for their deceitful behavior. I am already on high alert since I am a woman and not that knowledgeable about cars but please don’t play me like I’m stupid. I will upload all conversations since I like to keep receipts. Work on being transparent and honest to your customers-I understand everyone need to make a living , but be fair . It’s not right to be so greedy and try to pinch extra money out of your customers. If I was really petty, I might’ve had reported them to the BBB and FTC.

Well 1st and foremost the customer service is top tier excellence. Service on my vehicle is great. My complaints is the bathroom situation. You all need more than one stall with a toilet 🚽 in the waiting area also need better tissue. That 1ply isn’t going to cut it Mercedes y’all make a ton of money off customer at least give them proper tissue.

Took my new Mercedes here for warranty work and after over a week they didn't even do anything except 1 thing. Even at that they did a terrible job. I still have 4 screws left in my door pull area that they didn't screw back in. Plus my vehicle is still rattling and shaking cause they didn't even do the other jobs but say they did on the invoice. Here's the kicker! They wanted to charge me $9 for a missing screw/bolt on a brand new vehicle that I just bought. If Mercedes can't get their quality control right from the factory then why should the customer be paying for a missing bolt? Anyway, don't even bother taking your Mercedes here for any repair work. I do not trust them. Poor quality work, long wait, and bad customer service. They don't answer the phone and when I came for my appointment nobody acknowledged me for almost 15 months. Yeah, I've been looking at my clock. I get better service at a Honda or Toyota dealership. And Lexus is probably one of the best.
