It is a “Team work”. The head of the Team is the owner and the Director. Apart from the efficiency of prompt service delivery, Bertinis saves you a lot of money on parts. They get you genuine Benz parts, at affordable rate. And the labor is reasonable because, your car is never kept in the workshop amassing hours on end, for most average services, you get your car same day. But if it is a major work, and parts are not the cause of delay; then you get the car the next day. Your pleasant service experience with Bertinis starts with ‘Front Office’. There you have a knowledgeable, courteous lady, who will make you welcome, and make you feel at home. If you are not in a hurry, then you can enjoy the hospitality of the waiting room with coffee, cold drinks from the fridge, and multichannel cable TV entertainment, plus latest magazines on various car models. On the routine basis, business is brisk, and efficient. Diagnosis are made promptly, and you are advised about the most efficient method and techniques to repair the car and bring it back working for you on the road. At the end of the service, especially if it is a major repair, the Director will advice you and counsel you about your car. Of recent, Bertinis has improved a lot of the customers’ service experience. If you drop your car off, and you needed to go back to your office, Bertinis will give you a ride to your office. Or home, as the case may be. And if you are coming to the Service Center to collect your car, and you cannot make it on your own, transport will be sent for you. Moreover, if you have any interaction with the young men in the front office, they are warm, caring, and interested in your business, and they are always ready to help you. Overall, you have an excellent outfit in Bertinis, where efficiency, service, and decency are the watchwords. With kind, courteous , ancillary service providers who are friendly and caring. All these project a vibrant and conducive environment for fixing a car. The outfit services not only Mercedes Benz, the repertoire of brands of car serviced here include BMW, Volvo, and Audi.
