They were wonderful. They schedule appointments for repairs, to minimize the amount of time I would be without my car. I had gone to a competitor, Das European Autohaus, who was giving me the runaround about how long it was going to take to fix it and we're charging almost a thousand dollars more. Bertini's save me money and substantial amount of time being without my car, it made it easier for me to schedule and get in and out. Always a pleasure to come to Bertinis for service or repairs on our two Volvos. They are always very knowledgeable and give complete answers. You don't have to worry about an auto mechanic here telling you there are mythical creatures in your carborator and that it'll be an extra fee to remove them or that your headlight fluid needs replacing. Very upfront and honest establishment.

I had a great experience with Bertini’s. My car’s brake fluid light was on. I was having it inspected at another place and asked them to check the brake fluid. They said it was at a good level, so then I called Bertini’s. It was time to have the fluid flushed. I made an appointment, got in and out quickly and it was about $100. Seemed like a fair price, they were nice and I left happy. I’ll definitely go back.

Higher on the price range. My daughter’s car towed to Bertini’s because of good reviews and I knew I could not shop around because car would need to be towed. - the verdict was new starter needed. My research gave an average of $700-$1200 to change out a starter (parts between $150-500 and Labor $100-250) My cost at Bertini’s was $1,140 at the very top of the cost range. The car started well when I picked it up but I paid the very top dollar I would expect from the dealership. Looking for an affordable service center for my college daughter to afford.
