Stars! Exceptional Service at DRC Import I recently took my Mercedes CLK 320 to DRC Import in Spring, TX after noticing a noise when braking and what seemed like an issue with the suspension. I called Bernie, and he had me drop off the car right away. Within 20 minutes, I received a detailed call explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and a reasonable quote for the repairs. Talk about speedy service! It turned out I needed new front pads and rotors, as well as new front lower control arms and sway bar links. I was impressed by the quick turnaround and the thorough explanation. When I went to pick up my car, I saw Bernie was in his car leaving for the day, but he saw me walking up and went out of his way to return and open the office and print my receipt. That’s what I call exceptional customer service! This is the second time I’ve used DRC Import, and I’m definitely a repeat customer.
