About 20 years ago my air conditioning went out in my black Volvo. It was August, hot as hell and I had a screaming 2 year old who was uncomfortable and screaming his head off. I drove straight to DRC. We were relatively new to the area but my husband had taken his BMW to DRC once and was pleased. The owner, Daniel, took a look and made some adjustment and handed the keys back to me. “It’s fixed.” Turned out a chip just needed to be replaced he told me. He could have told me anything and I wouldn’t have known the difference. He could have charged hundreds of dollars and I wouldn’t have known the difference. He didn’t even charge for the chip. Needless to say our family have been loyal customers ever since. Daniel is a knowledgeable, fair and honest mechanic. My son is now 21 and trusts no other mechanic with his beloved FJ Cruiser so we have become 2 generations loyal to Daniel!

This place was recommended to me by my boos, and how glad I am I took the advice. From the moment I made the phone call and spoke to the owner Daniel, to the 3 steps above and beyond customer service I received, this will be my mechanic from now on. As I women that knows only a bit about cars, I have tended to feel leery many times in the past that I wasn't always getting full value for my money when I had car issues. That was not the case here. Daniel carefully explained everything to me in terms I understood, hence I never felt misinformed or mislead. I got honest solid advice and the work was done before the estimated time of completion. Daniel is a wonderful, genuine guy that has built a long standing business in The Woodlands, and I can see why he's been around for 20+ years. After suffering a very near miss at another local auto repair, DRC fixed my car for a small fraction of what I was being quoted elsewhere. I felt like I was receiving sound advice, quality service, and a sensitive approach to my budget. This was the antithesis of what I had experience previously. There is no flashy building with granite counters, but I'll opt for honesty and reasonable prices any day. I will be back and will continue to refer them. Super thankful to have found them.

I've definitely did a lot of homework (checked out at least 5 mechanic shops in town) before I finally pick DRC Daniel (the owner) and the mechanic Bernie are the most courtesy and friendly person. I have talked to both of them several times before I finally dropped my car of for service yesterday Wednesday March 4, 2020. Finally met both of them. My dealership has recommended several issues I needed to get it fixed. So Daniel and Bernie have saved me a lot of money, compared to the other 5 mechanic shops plus the dealership! Definitely as long as I own my BMWX3, definitely will be a returned customer! Thank you Daniel and Bernie!

Stars! Exceptional Service at DRC Import I recently took my Mercedes CLK 320 to DRC Import in Spring, TX after noticing a noise when braking and what seemed like an issue with the suspension. I called Bernie, and he had me drop off the car right away. Within 20 minutes, I received a detailed call explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and a reasonable quote for the repairs. Talk about speedy service! It turned out I needed new front pads and rotors, as well as new front lower control arms and sway bar links. I was impressed by the quick turnaround and the thorough explanation. When I went to pick up my car, I saw Bernie was in his car leaving for the day, but he saw me walking up and went out of his way to return and open the office and print my receipt. That’s what I call exceptional customer service! This is the second time I’ve used DRC Import, and I’m definitely a repeat customer. I highly recommend Bernie and his team for honest, reliable, fast, and friendly service. I’ll continue bringing my car here for all future needs!
