I am so thankful I found A Busy Bee's Auto Repair shop and that it is near my home! I take all of my vehicles for service to these mechanics. I give my highest recommendation and encourage my friends and neighbors to have repairs and maintenance performed there. They are knowledgeable, efficient and their services are reasonably priced. Scott and Gene have helped me steer clear of other sub-standard service providers and over-priced or unnecessary services recommended by other shops. They keep my autos on the road in good running condition. Of course, they guarantee their work. I would not go anywhere else!

Gene was great! I have begun to rebuild an '82 Chevy as a hobby. Gene helped walk me through deciding what right choices were for the style i was going for. He was patient, humble, and friendly. He arrived early so i could drop off before work and stayed late until i could make it after work. He explained how the exhaust change out went and took his time to answer my questions. I really appreciate that as a woman. Often times my experience with shops, is that i am underestimated, talked down to, or flat out lied to about "needed work." I know i can trust Busy Bees. I was recommended this business by a friend from work and I’ve always been extremely hesitant about going to mechanics. This was a completely different experience than what I’ve endured from some. Scott answered all my questions and gave me all the information needed. Not the sugar coating that usually comes with an arm and a leg price. Scott and Gene did outstanding work and talked me through each and every thing that needed to be done on my car. Which was at first I thought was only the catalytic converter. They then showed me a cracked exhaust manifold and a burnt oxygen sensor. Checked my spark plugs and just all around were awesome humans! You don’t come across such honest, humble, hard working men. If you need work done. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here. Thank you busy bee!

Gene and Scott are awesome guys and excellent mechanics. They are there to fix your vehicle at a reasonable price - and they know what they’re doing. I had a quote from Service First that was over $1600.00 and what they were going to do would not have actually fixed the issue - Scott not only fixed it, but the cost was less than $300.00. Never will I go anywhere else.

These guys are amazing! They do quick work with affordable prices! They didn't try to Price gouge me at all. They are very nice and work with you and your situation. If I wasn't moving to North Carolina in a month and a half I would say this place would be the only auto care place I would go. Don't pass them up! They changed my catalytic converter and installed a horn button for me because my horn wouldn't work and all this was done for me in just a few hours! They will be replacing my alternator tomorrow as well. Man I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ✨ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️..... so happy with their service!

Honest mechanics with reasonable prices who don't try to nickel-and-dime you with add-ons like other shops. A while back, I took my car to one of those other big-name auto shops for a clutch issue, and the big-name shop wanted a fortune to replace the whole fly wheel. I had a suspicion their diagnosis was off, so I took it to Busy Bee's for a second opinion. Busy Bee's correctly diagnosed my issue (clutch cylinders were going out) and fixed it for way cheaper than that other shop. I recently had another auto issue so I took it back to Busy Bee's. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they were able to squeeze me in and figure out the problem quickly.

Got my exhaust done recently. It was art. Such a precision work that cannot be described. I'm usually the kind of guy that before doing something i always go 3 times. First to check prices and to know if they know what I'm talking about. (✓) Gene knew exactly what I was talking and gave me the best price. The 2nd time. To see what is it that it is needed for the project (✓). And 3rd to make the appointment and confirm (✓). Let me tell you... In all those 3 times Mr Gene Young gave me a sense of trust. He knew exactly what he was talking about. In fact. He knew that V6s New Edges has a 2" offset at the drivetrain. Left my car with him. It was on the best hands. If you need to get some project done to your vehicle. Go there and see Mr Gene Young. He is THE Man. I know I'll go back some other time for another project.

I recently had the pleasure of having Scott and Gene take me in so quickly to install protective shielding for my catalytic converter on my 2021 Ford F150. I was immensely pleased with their prompt service, as they took me in without any delay and took just under an hour to complete the installation.
