So my 2018 Tesla Model X is still with battery warranty. It loses battery quickly. Took it to Tesla Service Center, they tested battery and said there is no problem. But it still drains quickly after taking to home. Called Tesla again and they sent a mobile technician that replaced the 12V battery. The problem persists. Took to Tesla service center again, it lost 10 percent battery over the weekend in service mode and Tesla said that is normal. 2 more days later it has lost 16 more percent battery. This is not normal at Tesla will not resolve this for me.

Tesla service center is top notch. The service people are super friendly and they usually repair the issue within a few hours or maybe by next day. You can book appointments online and they are super clear about the expectations and notify you when done. I wish they also had a shop to do collision and body work so hopefully in the future since using services from the insurance companies like Multiservice Car in Carolina are not a good option.
All of the employees of this service center are top-notch. Especially the service advisor. She's so polite and patient. There's complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and water while you wait. Comfy chairs, but the service is so fast, you are in and out fast.

Service Department/ Service Technicians replace a plastic part on the bottom of the car that is next to the bumper. These pieces fit like a puzzle, but was installed wrong and out of alignment. Caused loud noise when on the highway like it would if your window was cracked open while driving on the highway. Again, pieces that are to fit like a puzzle... not sure how they got it wrong or did a poor job on this sinple thing. Not a good look for Tesla as whole for new 1st time Tesla owner to experience. Oh yeah, when I got home I had to fix it myself. Would of taken it back, but they were already closed. -06SEP2024: Picked up my car from Tesla Service after getting some warranty work done. After inspection of the bottom of the vehicle I saw that the rear end was scraped up. I assume during test drive or perhaps they backed it up over the curve/block for the parking spot. Glad they replaced the parts, but this damage should NOT of occurred. -29OCT2024: Picked up my car from Tesla Service after they replaced read bumper area parts that they had damaged. After inspection of the car I noticed new damage and scrapes on the bottom of the car, the battery skid plate was scraped to the bare metal. Both times I was told that it was already like that and that it must of happened while I was driving around. I hand wash and inspect my vehicle weekly to include bottom of entire car. This damage for the 2nd time was at the Tesla Service center. 99.99% of the people that work here are great, but they need to figure out which person is making the entire department look horribly bad with all this damage they are causing on other people's property.

Alex Lopez was the Tesla advisor that was here. I had many questions not only about Tesla, but about what is needed when someone from the US would buy a Tesla here in PR. He answered all my questions and was super helpful. Just because of him and his support I give this place a 5 star rating. If you need help I definitely recommend asking for Alex!
