Came in with emergency tire repair was on my way out back home to Lubbock when I seen I had flat. All tire shops were closing and wouldn’t get to it till tomorrow but since Texas Tire stays open till 7pm they were able to get me in and tire repaired quickly which I’m grateful for as I am able to get home thank you again Texas Tire.

I needed to get a screw taken out of a tire and the tire repaired. When I called Texas tire the gentleman on the phone told me to bring it on up and they would get me in as soon as possible. To be honest, the service was stellar. They got me in within a few minutes. They did a great job on repair. Total time was approximately 20 minutes at the store. When a business cares about its customers and offers great service I think recognition is due. I would definitely recommend Texas Tire. Thanks so much for a great service.

Went to Texas tire to have a 6” lift put on they told me 2 days at most. It took a week then when I got it back in the evening when it closed I got in my truck and it stunk like weed like they smoked in it and left the windows up the alignment I paid to have don’t was horrible at best it kept pulling to the side bad I kept arguing with them to fix it it never got fixed. After driving my truck 100 miles it was popping in the front end when I hit bumps and turned I took it back and they had to re-Torque the lift at 100 miles when they told me it should be done after 5000 miles. Worst experience I’ve ever had. very rude people could not believe the service after paying that much money. I would recommend taking it to a professional shop and get it done, right.

Got wheels, tires and lift installed by them. When I picked it up they said the front was adjusted to max height setting, but tires rubbed hard. Could barely turn the wheels. They said they would trim if needed which wasn’t done at all. When I questioned them more it turned out they did not adjust the font height at all. In fact they didn’t even have the tool to do it. Tires had a bad wobble at highway speeds and brought it back 3 times to re balance. Wobble never went away. Took it to another shop to balance and adjust height. Other shop got it first try. Will not be going back ever.

Today 10/14/2025, I avoided going to a big tire company nearby because they tend to be pushy with sales, so I decided to give Texas Tire a try—and I’m glad I did. The shop may not be fancy, but it’s very organized and the service is top-notch. Jonathan helped repair my daughter’s tire quickly and with a smile. This company was good until they recieve payment. I paid for my new tire sensors. Now they cant program my tires. What kind of service is that. All friendly before purchase. I have been swinging by 3 days in a roll. Just for a tire program, that takes 4 seconds of their life. Wack service.

Thursday I found my tire pressure dropping on my tire. I found Texas Tire nearby and told them I wanted a patch. They said they could do it quickly. They did not do a patch, they did a gummy plug, without consulting me. They did not put my spare back up, I had to do it myself later on. The plugged tire stayed on while I worked in the oil field. The truck remained parked for a few days during this time. On my drive home, the tire began to lose pressure so I switched to my spare again. When I got home, I took it to my trusted tire shop. They said Texas tire absolutely butchered the tire. The gummy plug was not seated properly, and water had gotten into the tire which only had 9k miles on it. I needed a new tire. I called Texas tire to alert them to what happened (Saturday). They said a manager was unavailable. Today (Monday) I called and spoke to a manager. It was me and my other half letting him know about what the tire shop said. The manager said that they would have to see the tire to see what happened to it, the manager believed my tire shop was lying about the quality of the fix, the manager scoffed when I said his staff did a plug instead of a patch against my wishes and lastly the manager said that my significant other didn’t know anything and that she shouldn’t be speaking in the conversation. I told him that he would not be disrespecting my spouse in that manner and the manager said “you know where to find me” and hung up the phone. This childish tomfoolery out of any professional is ridiculous, but a manager even more so. Steer clear, best case you spend $250 on another tire after the sorriest attempt fixing it. Waste of time, money, and energy.
