I love these guys! They replaced brakes and rotors on my Tundra in 2022 so I reached out when I had a few concerns with my Mercedes camper van. I asked for pricing on front and rear brakes and the price was very competitive, so I said to proceed. They showed up within a few days. The technician pulled all the wheels and showed me that the brakes were actually in great shape. He said that because the van maybe sat for a while, it could have had a gently siezed caliper and that after a few days of use, it probably freed it up. He put the wheels back on and when I asked him what I owed, he said the inspection was free. Wow! These guys will always have my business. Thanks Jesse

This is the second time we have used The Brake and Tire Guy and they have been great both times. In addition to offering VERY fair prices, it’s hard to beat someone coming out and taking care of my vehicles on site while I work. They showed up on time and did the initial inspection at no charge. We scheduled the work the following week and the technician showed up on time and got my brakes, front and back, completed. The entire experience could not have been easier. I actually spent years running automotive shops when I was younger and have heard some horror stories, so I’m well aware of the tactics employed by “less than scrupulous” shops. This was refreshingly not anything like that. I don’t enjoy spending money on automotive repairs and maintenance anymore than anyone else. However, at least when it comes to brakes and tires, I know “I have a guy”.

I contacted Brake And Tire Guy by email after finding them on Facebook. I got an immediate and very professional response when inquiring about the brakes on two vehicles. They fit me in their schedule right away. Their pricing beat anyone around. I am in NW Cape Coral. The technician was very professional upon arrival. I had two vehicles that I needed brakes on or so I thought. Upon finishing the first vehicle he pointed out some severe wear on the inside of my front tires. I was unaware of this due to the wear being on the inside and not being able to see it. He quoted me on tires and again, a very reasonable price. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done quickly. When he pulled the wheels off of my second vehicle he noticed that there was a lot of brake pad still left. After analyzing everything there was a different issue and it wasn't the brakes at all. Rather than just replacing the pads and rotors like I asked, he let me know that this would not be necessary. I think there are many companies that would've just replaced the brakes and charged me and moved on. I will be ordering the tires that I need and using them to replace my tires. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them for any Brake And Tire service that I needed.

I was looking around at options for getting my breaks changed. At the time my rear pads were metal on metal. I seen some other companies as options but no other company had 5 stars. Honestly for a company to have over 700 reviews and not a single negative one is very impressive. I can echo that they are five star service and the price is very reasonable. They come right your house or apartment. Everything was done in a little under and hour. Of course that time is probably case by case. Highly recommend
