☆☆☆☆ DO NOT FIX YOUR CAR HERE I took my car here on December 23 to replace the brake pads. In the process, an issue with their equipment dropped my car, breaking the AC lines (picture attached). They admitted fault and said it would be fixed. From there, it was just excuse after excuse. They repeatedly told me the parts were on the way but never actually arrived. • Dec 24: Assured parts were on the way. • Dec 27: Promised the repair wouldn’t take long. • Dec 30 & 31: Blamed delays on mail service. • Jan 6: Still no parts or resolution. • Jan 7: Dropped off the car again after being promised a fix, only to learn they couldn’t actually repair it. • Jan 13: They finally took the car, and what was supposed to be a one-day job took five days. When I was (understandably) frustrated, the owner, Mike, had the nerve to tell me I should be grateful they even admitted to breaking my AC lines. To top it off, after all these delays, my AC now randomly turns off by itself, which was never an issue before. If that wasn’t enough, they suggested I go pick up my own car from Grand Prairie instead of picking it up from their business. Oh, and good luck canceling their car wash membership—it’s impossible to do online, and when I called multiple times, their phone “mysteriously” didn’t work, making it impossible to speak to anyone. Needless to say, ZERO stars if I could. Stay far away from this place.

The sign says $34.99 for a standard oil change with free car wash. The guy tried to tell me the cheapest oil change they had was 80 bucks but he would get me a coupon for $20 off. I asked why the sign said $35 and he said they don't have that oil. Then why is it on the sign?? Ripoff.

After reading the reviews I will pick a different car wash place. The manager and employees seem abrasive and the cost seems to be a mystery until they swipe your card. Hmmm.

I suppose he did okay with the oil change, but the mechanic didn't reconnect the damper in the glovebox after checking the cabin filter. Today when I opened it for the first time after having the work done, the door just flopped down to its usual place. Thanks to a Y*tube video, with a little wrangling I got it put back together correctly.

I came here to wash my car this afternoon and the experience was very disappointing. I paid for the $20 car wash package, but the staff at the automatic wash area were unfriendly and unprofessional. After the wash, my car still had visible dirt and stains, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place to others.

I went to speak the manager, his name is Alfredo ,he came out and looked the car and told me he will do all over again, just like he said, eavry things got to the maximum. Thank you Alfredo.

I do my own detailing, but I come here for the washes. Let me start by saying, I was expecting some swirl marks on my clear coat and was pleasantly surprised when it didn't come out the other side covered in them! (Minor inconvenience for me as I would just buff them out.) It was a good wash as I shammy my car all the way down after each wash and couldnot find anything to really complain about. Tires and wheels were very clean. Staff was friendly. 10/10 I'll be back again!

Absolutely Horrible Service – Save Your Money I paid for the highest tier of service this car wash offers — the premium, full-detail package — because I had just taken my truck off-road and it needed a serious clean. I made it very clear to the staff that the truck had been off-roading and would need extra attention. I was assured the job would be “thorough.” Well, it wasn’t. Not even close. When they said they were done, I walked over and immediately noticed the hood was still covered in dirt. To make the point, I literally wiped part of the hood with my finger and showed them how dirty it still was. Their response? “If we clean that, it’ll be another $150.” Are you kidding me? I already paid top dollar for what was supposed to be a full-service detail. Why am I expected to pay more just for them to do what they were already paid to do? That’s like ordering a full meal at a restaurant, only getting half your plate, and then being told you’ll be charged again to get the rest of your food. To top it off, the inside was ok, cup holders were barely touched. I could’ve done a better job at home with a garden hose and 30 minutes of my own time — and I wouldn’t have charged myself extra to do it right. This place is either a complete scam or has zero pride in their work. Either way, I’ll never be back, and I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere if you care about getting what you pay for.

On Monday, February 16, 2026, I brought my BMW M3 here for a hand wash. It was my first visit — and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I had $120 in cash with me and paid $55 at the drive-through. After paying, I accidentally left the remaining cash inside my car along with the key. I didn’t think much of it since it wasn’t a large amount, and I left the vehicle with the staff while I waited about 20 feet away. When the service was finished, I returned to my car to grab the cash so I could tip the workers, but the money was gone. I immediately asked the employee who washed my car if he had seen any cash, and he said he had not. I then spoke with the manager, Oscar, who told me he would review the camera footage and follow up with me. Two days later, he informed me that he could not do anything because there was no proof that an employee took the money. While I understand businesses need evidence, the cash was in the car before service and missing immediately afterward while the vehicle was in their exclusive possession. The lack of accountability and resolution was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this business and will not be returning.

Horrible service went in for a car wash in my brand new car and came out with a full scratch on my hand down to bare metal. Tried having a civil conversation with the staff, but they denied all claims and instead blame it on me. I’d recommend people don’t come here.

Really enjoyed this car wash! They have a beautiful place. I come here on a Wednesday afternoon. Drove through the car wash for the outside clean, paid $40 for an outside and inside clean! I don’t know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine. I’ll definitely be back!

This place really surprised me on how great it is. I was not expecting such a level of service. Friendly staff, great lobby and high class all around. I feel very pampered. The lobby is high end with a nice kurig machine with multiple selections and free water bottles. I was not expecting them to clean the inside of my work truck either, so next time I'll make sure to make it more neat for them. The price is very reasonable for the full service. The staff deserves great tips as well. 5/5 will recommend to all friends.

Save your money, guys. Worst car wash experience ever. I specifically asked if they do hand wash, and they clearly said YES. They charged $55, which is already expensive. Normally, when you clean a car, you take the floor mats out and clean them, right? But here, they asked for extra money just to remove and clean the floor mats. The wash itself was terrible—very careless and rushed. It honestly felt like they were afraid the car would get “pain” if they put in any effort, especially while wiping rust or dirt. No attention to detail at all. What shocked me the most: I literally had to clean the car a second time myself. While I was vacuuming, one of the workers came and pulled the vacuum out of my hand, without saying anything. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have taken my vehicle to many car washes but they always end up leaving some dirty spots. Every time that I have gone to this car wash, I have been pleased with the outcome. Obviously one needs to dry it a bit more but that's not a big deal since they provide the rags to better dry it.

​If you value your vehicle, STAY AWAY from this place. I paid $20 for a wash and got my car back covered in mystery white dots and a fresh chip in my windshield. It wasn't even clean or dry, I had to finish the job myself, which is when I realized the "wash" had actually peppered my front end, mirrors, and windshield with damage. ​The "management" here is a total joke. When I confronted the manager about the dots and scratches, he looked me in the face and said, "We just use water," and then walked away while I was mid-sentence. I stood there for 30 minutes like my time meant nothing. Another employee then claimed it was "paint" and needed to be buffed out, but refused to actually check it or do a single thing to help. ​Look at the photos. These marks were NOT there before I drove into their tunnel. This isn't a car wash; it's a damage-delivery service. They are running a shady, bottom-tier operation and will use any gaslighting tactic to avoid taking responsibility for their malfunctioning equipment. ​I am reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This place is a scam and needs to be shut down. NEVER RETURNING.
