The worst service I ever got when it comes fixing my car. The person spent time to tune up my car and messed up my car that left my car unfunctional. Putting back the old part, the car run again and the guy charged me for nothing . Probably, these guys are suffering from not getting customers , however, they do not guarantee that what they fix will fix your problem.

I went to another repair shop that I have been going to for years and they were going to charge me $4k to do the repairs they said I needed for my car. I was referred to First Choice by my son and they did not disappoint! They got all my repairs done for $950! They were even honest enough to tell me that one of the repairs that the other shop said I needed, didn't even have an issue. I will be taking all my car repairs to them now. Team is fast and friendly! Thanks guys!

They replaced my broken radiator, during Winter however my AC was running just fine, the man who answers the phone Wilson said that I would need some work on the AC because the had to remove parts and the Freon had to be filled up. Now months later I took the car to a more reputable shop and I was told the AC system was damaged. My AC was working fine before this man worked on the radiator . Now I got to pay thousands to get my AC running. I would give them any stars or I can take him to court but it be hard to prove. Buyer be warned.

TLost My Admin Key After Simple Oil Change — Very Unprofessional I brought my 2019 Ford F-150 XL to First Choice Auto & Tires for a simple oil change. After the service, I discovered that my Admin Key had been changed or removed without my permission. Now I'm stuck with a MyKey that restricts my truck’s features like speed and volume, and I can’t clear these settings without the original Admin Key. When I contacted the shop, they provided no clear answers, and I’m now left having to pay out of pocket to reprogram a new key — all because of something that should never have been touched during an oil change. This is extremely unprofessional, and it shows a lack of transparency and accountability. I trusted them with my vehicle, and now I feel taken advantage of. ** I do not recommend this shop, especially if you care about your vehicle’s security and key programming settings.

Ever since the 2 guys idk if they was the owners or whatever left and they put the slow lady working there is crazy. I went to ask for two simple services and she wanted to over price me second time i came i just felt they didnt want to work on my vehicle due to them being busy. Extremely upset with the lady at the front desk Josefina they took four hours to do a simple car repair and not once did she communicate how long it was going to take and didn't even mention they were out of the tires until i complained about the wait.. she said she didn't tell me because I was on the phone for 2 minutes but had a whole 4 hours to communicate. She said absolutely nothing to me for 4 hours. Didn't even apologize until i complained. Bad customer service.. and made me miss picking up my kids from school and miss studying for an important exam i had today.... never going back. On top of that she didn't mention the card machine was down until i had to pay.. she could've let me know ahead of time to get some cash from the ATM... she needs customer service training.

Stopped by twice for service but had to leave both times. The dude works the receptionist job was too busy eating to know where the technicians gone. Came back the next day and was told by the first tech that they don't do alignment. The second tech came by and said that the alignment guy is off today. Communication is non-existent for these guys. If you have time to waste, this place is for you. Wait, but if you call now and they will tell you different prices for their services. What a deadly combo to have.

I never leave negative reviews but after the displeasing service I received you will be hearing from me. I came in to change my oil which usually only takes up to one hour MAX, ended up taking almost 3 hours? Never have I ever experienced customer service as horrible as this place. After waiting patiently for 1 hour I wanted an update but nobody was at the front desk to even attend me? No communication whatsoever on my vehicles state. I’ve said enough, find a mechanic elsewhere!

This is truly the only place in Garland that we trust with our vehicles. Getting the brakes changed as of right now, and there was no appointment needed. Some days are much busier than others, and they are not able to always accommodate same-day service. However, they are completely transparent about that. If they can do it in the same day, they will. Their prices are reasonable. But most of all, I just like the atmosphere, and the attitudes of the people that work here. They are very honest about the work that needs to be done on the vehicles and, I appreciate that.
