These guys have no business being in business. They do not value your time, are extremely unprofessional, and do not deliver on their promises/estimates etc. Take everything they (particularly the owner) say with a grain of salt. I gave them 2 chances and there will not be a third. Should be a 0 star option.

Highly recommend. I honestly thought I would be leaving a one-star review, but turns out they turned it around and it worked out. I live in FW and the Tesla was delivered to the Dallas location for pick-up. This worked out because I had planned to pick up the car and immediately take it to be wrapped rather than bring it home and then take it. I stayed in touch with Alex and his wife via Fb messenger, text and the occasional phone call to ensure we were on all the same page. I dropped the car off on Friday; the car was kept inside away from the elements, vandals or door dings. The car was supposed to be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. I changed the color on Sunday after looking and re-looking at the pictures Alex had sent me and deciding that the original color wasn't EXACTLY what I wanted. He contacted the company they order wraps from and was told they needed the original color sent back before they could send out a new color. Understandable for a large order and a small business. The new color arrived and my pick up for my car was delayed by a week. I was super disappointed and frustrated because this was my brand new car and it was sitting in their shop and not with me for a week and a couple days. When I picked up the car, it was worth it and more. The price was better than many other quotes I received by $300-$400 and the work was done exceptionally well. The first week I had my car home I scraped the rubber piece entering my garage (this is my first electric car - so don't come at me) and scuffed the wrap. Didn't dent my car at all, just scrunched up the wrap. Sine Garland is an hour away; my husband and I took a magic eraser to the white marks from the rubber piece and they came off super easily but the scrunched up wrap wasn't being fixed by us. Alex and his team complimentary patched it the next day so it could be as good as new and even when you know it's there, you can hardly tell it's been patched. I had to wait longer than I expected or wanted but it was beyond worth it for the service and the end result.
