This is the only place I can trust when getting a car service. My engine light came on, as a female I don't keep up with engine problems, my friend told me it could be many reasons why the light comes on, I took my car to Auto Zone for an analyzes, they ran their handheld device, the man said it was the sensor and it would cost 200.00dollars I said no, took my car to Pit Stop , Esteban was very professional he explained the reason why the light came on and said the sensor was dirty, he cleaned it up and the light went off. I am very pleased with their customer service, very professional and most importantly HONEST Mechanic, I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Really sucked that I had to pay double the amount for their mess up. An automotive shop that doesn’t ask the right questions and moves forward assuming wrong. Had to pull teeth for some sort of middle ground, but I am still the one who got screwed. Their response will always defend them. Edit: I did not agree with how you it was handled and left me no choice but to pay? You should have made me the “deal” while I was there.

I went in to get my engine motor mount and spark plugs replaced. The dealership quoted me $700 for those services, but I got it done here for less than $500. I been getting serviced since I bought my car… i come here and pay $100 per oil change, these dudes don’t even have the integrity to make sure it’s actually windshield wiper fluid in there, even after requested. Twice. Pretty sure if I was a man I wouldn’t have these issues, but since I come with my baby I guess that makes them lack integrity needed for a FULL SERVICE OIL CHANGE. Won’t be back.

Luis and his brother worked hard to fix my car last year. When they couldn’t find a solution right away, they provided me with other options, even referring me to their neighbor mechanics. I’m incredibly grateful to have found this shop—it was recommended by my church community, and I truly thank God for leading me here. They repaired my AC, fixed the driver-side window motor, and always provide fast and efficient oil changes and services. If I could rate them, I’d give them 100%—highly recommended!

I've reviewed Pit Stop in the past.. but I just have to post again regarding how extremely trustworthy and kind-hearted Luis and Esteban both are. Recently I brought my newest car to them, hoping that they could repair the damage done by another repair shop. They did NOT let me down.. Esteban fixed the problem, which really took some creative thought, as it was an unusual repair. They've worked miracles for me in the past also. I drove a 1989 Toyota cargo van for 27 years and honestly Luis and Esteban were the lifeline for that old van for a long time. They kept it going. And while I was shopping for a newer (used) vehicle; I brought each car to them to find any problems. They did detailed inspections on each car I brought them and they made me aware of any issues, (large or small). Another feature of Pit Stop is lower prices. For the last repair I needed to have; another shop quoted the charge would be $746.68... Esteban did the repair for $225. I love those brothers and will always remain a loyal dedicated customer.
