Worst place to get an alignment done! After 3k miles without hitting curbs or potholes, my outside front tire edge have worn significantly faster in comparison to the rear. My car wanders around on the highway at speeds anove 60mph and pulls to the right under braking and while just cruising. The dude who has done my alignment says it's normal for Toyota SUVs to do that. I call "bs" on that claim because my friend's 4runner does not have the same issue. I have a hunch that my car has excessive positive camber, when I brought it back to complain, they just said it's n ormalor SUVs. These guys do dishonest work and have destroyed my brand new Michelin tires. I bet they didnt even adjust the camber via the 2 bolts behind my skid plates and only did it through the bolts on my control arms. Now I have to go to Sears and pay for a proper alignment. Avoid this shop at all cost, they do minimal work and don't admit they make mistakes.

I come this place for the alignment my SUV but I have to come and back 2 times (on 2 different days). After done first time, the car still has problems: 1) the car pulls to the right side. 2)steering wheel is crooked when driving straight. However,the guy(tech) blames the tires was old(uneven), so I have to accept get out the shop without completed service. I changed 2 better front tires, and I came back next day ask for redo but still the same problems. Then he blames the shock old so he can not completed alignment. However, I read the report in the screen of machine shows that the car has excessive positive Camber (1.5 degree) on front passenger side. Ah !! How the alignment completed, if the technician does not adjust the Camber via the 2 bolts behind the skid plates and strut. He only did it through the bolts on the tire rod(for Toe adjustment). What knowledge that he has for his jobs???…. Two day later I come to Firestone just 30 minutes alignment ( for adjustment without any repair) the alignment completed perfectly. If your car need the proper alignment, you should go other place that they have certified technician with conscience job.. Beware that you may lose more money(tire will be destroyed ), if the alignment not completed pass.

Been going here for years but they changed so much. Usually go to get an oil change. They raise their prices which is fine, but they something shady. My starter happened to unscrewed itself when I got just an OIL CHANGE. So my car worked when I left but didn’t start the next day. They also tried charging me $60 for windshield wipers when I drive an old Corolla.

Affordable price, and the boss is very nice. I bring my own part, change the break pad and rotor. He charged me $80 for rear part, and help me the check the front. Really appreciated :)

Went to get an alignment and came back with everything out of spec other than toe. They did absolutely nothing but turn the tie rods. Owner still has the nerve to charge me 35$ which is "half the work". Worker asked for my wheel lock and never gave it back as well. When I got the car back, tires were pumped to 41 when they are only supposed to be at 32 cold. Horrible experience.
