I have always received superior service from Mr. Jackman. As for that other review that says used parts were used, if you don't trust that you are getting new parts, ask to see the new ones, ask to see the old ones taken off your car. I completely trust Mr. Jackman as he keeps my 2001 vehicle running so I don't have to buy another one.

Very friendly relatively quick and efficient service. Occasionally takes a while to greet when you walk in but theyre busy so i can wait a few minutes and so can you! And they give regular customers a discount which is a nice thing to do for patrons like myself thatve been coming in for years. Even after ownership changed, they upheld it. Classy.

Steer clear of this low end shade tree mechanic establishment. The owner Tyler is dishonest and not trustworthy. I took my vehicle in for struts,wheel bearings and CV axles. I was sold motorcraft OEM parts,received re manufactured Chinese garbage! Three of the 4 parts failed 90 days after installed. I had to pay additional labor to have the 3 parts warrantied. They still were unable to diagnose and repair a roaring noise. I bought all necessary tools and NAPA premium parts and redone all of their work myself. I found both wheel bearings that I was charged for severely worn,but never replaced. Also the technician broke my ABS wheel sensor and used epoxy to hold it in place. That held for 2 days then the epoxy failed. I lost my speedometer and ABS error was displayed. I asked the mechanic why he used epoxy rather than repairing what was broken and his response was "that wasn't epoxy,I used silicon." WTH? Im keeping everything they allegedly replaced that I was charged for to take to small claims court! Its disgusting just knowing people like the owner Tyler are out there taking advantage of people!

I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop to any one who needs quality and inexpensive service on their vehicle! Mr Jackman is an AWESOME mechanic. I was a bit scared to go at first being that I’m a woman and know nothing about cars, I surely thought that he would try to get over on me like every other mechanic had done in the past! He was very patient and explained things to me and even calm me down when I was upset! I truly have found my magic mechanic for life!!!!!!

Went to there bc my tire kept losing air, charged me 15 bucks and didn't even fix it. I waited an almost an hour for them to plug it. Also their fish are too big to be in that sized tank, they don't have enough oxygen which is why they sit at the top all day opening and closing their mouths, they're gasping for air.

Charged me $50 for an easy installing a side view mirror which I can do at home but it does not fit perfectly so I brought it here for them to install it correctly. Then they installed like i did and charged me $50 for it with some battery testing without asking me about charging me more for that testing. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Communication was decent, I really appreciate how thorough and diligent Dylan was with sending the information about the parts and picking them up. Service was really great, quick, and now my car runs better than it did before. He didn’t even fix my air but somehow the things he did fix has my air BLOWING on Low, and i’m very appreciative of it. The owner of the shop has taken care of me & my husband car very good My opinion I think they do awesome work. He is very honest. He alert me to serious issue with car. And I was glad that they noticed & alert me to it. I got it fixed. I honestly think their pricing is very reasonable for now day pricing these days. I know my husband think highly of this shop. He used to be a mechanic several years ago. So he is really expressed with how they run this shop. He understands what goes on over the other counter / side of business. This is our go to mechanic right now. We have never noticed any of bad things that some of these other reviews are saying about this shop.

They can only do basic oil change. Don’t do anything over $100. Trust me. Not very skillful besides the basic.
