Zero Stars! I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection and when I came to pick it up I was being charged for $129 premium service, a tire rotation, and Inspection. I had to call the guy out for trying to rip me off and make them prove that they actually changed the oil by showing me a video of the new filter under the car.

Parts and oil cost me LESS than $15, while they charged me well over $100 for bullshit. So I paid $130 for the most expensive oil change I have ever had in all the 39 years of my life. DO NOT GO HERE! Then, they wanted to flush my break fluid and coolant system, but COULD NOT give me a price for this service, which tells me it would have been even MORE outrageous! Never again.

They do a good job on the oil change and emissions inspection. BUT beware the UPSELL. I know when I walk in the door they are going to make suggestions of other things that need to be done. This time they sure did. Among other upsell suggestions, they suggested I need new windshield wipers. The ones that were just replaced 4 months ago. Okay, well, I keep my own records so NO THANK YOU. And I don't need to pay $50-60 for them to replace my cabin air filter, I can do it myself. If you want to pay that much for the convenience, go ahead. Consider yourself warned. Last note, my receipt states they filled my tires, which were low due to a recent drop in temps. They clearly did not fill them, as they were still showing low on my dash. I filled them myself today. Nice job taking credit for work you didn't do, Jiffy Lube.

I did not have a good experience with this location this evening. I came in five minutes before close and they wouldn’t put air in my tires because they allegedly had turned the machine off and wouldn’t turn it back on. The young lady that helped me was cold and short. It was not a pleasant or helpful experience.

Came in to get an oil change and rotation with a quote obtained from the jiffy lube website. The quote also included a coupon for 20$ off an oil change. Essentially it was 100 for the service. Vehicle was returned to me and I was charged $105ish which I assumed had been for the service I requested. My vehicle still had low psi tires (even though they claimed they checked and filled them. Lies.) I realized my tires went untouched, and they had charged me full price for the oil change only without giving me what I requested, or even having the decency to apply the coupon I had brought them. Never coming here again.

I drive a BMW and asked there service people if the oil change light would be reset and they said yes. After paying they told me they were unable to reset. Now I have to go back to y the dealer and pay for resetting. If Jiffy could butt handle three job they should tell the customer so I could take the car elsewhere. On top of that they didn't have other filters therefore filters were not replaced. This was part of the service I paid for. I would never take my car to JL.
