About a weeks ago, I started to hear a monster truck grinding kind of noise on my Mercedes C-300. I went to a few places and no one was able to have an accurate answer. They just wanted money. Even the Mercedes dealership couldn't detect the problem. I ran across this place called Germany Auto Electric. Luis Hernandez, the Mechanic God greeted me and asked what was the problem. I told him about the noise. He knew up front what the issue was, before diagnosis.He did the diagnosis but the car noise didn't appear on the diagnosis screen. He showed me under my vehicle what the issues were. I love it when a mechanic can teach me about my vehicle. Very neat and safe around the shop.He tested and showed every aspect of my vehicle. He asked me to trust him and his work. I said to Luis I only trust God. . . To make a long story short he took care of my vehicle and his other workers did too. This Mechanic God treated my car like a newborn baby. I thought I was going to pay an arm, leg and a big toe but I didn't. Luis gave me a reasonable price and even had my vehicle completed way before I had work the next day. Now, he ain't God but when it comes down to this shop and his work. He is the Mechanic God!! I highly recommend it!

Luis took my car in without hesitation and with his lengthy experience working with mercedes vehicles, he knew the issue before even looking at the car just by my explanation of the issues I had with the vehicle. He gave me a very reasonable pricing and worked on the car himself and within a few days he returned my car in an even better condition than when I bought it. I would like to take a moment to express how much I appreciate the part everyone played here in getting the car fixed timely great rate and even when the car stopped they came out and pushed me out the road fixed the part that was missing and returned the car back no problems. I will be returning I’ve already referred 2 people to them one being my mom she’s been everywhere and couldn’t get the problem fixed on her BMW however here they had/have all the skill knowledge tools and will to get her car back up and running properly.
