Always a great experience here, I'd give them more stars if I could. Something came up and I needed my truck the day after I brought it in for 1-2 days of work and the owner was willing to work around it and even do half one day and half after. Great people, great work, and great prices.

Jason went above and beyond to take care of my truck. I have an '06 Nissan Frontier which is not an easy truck to work on. There were setbacks and delays, but he was honest about everything which is very respectable. He even made sure to discount me to make up for the setbacks. It's hard to find a good mechanic but I've definitely found mine!

I had brought my Firebird here to get pretty much an extreme engine overhaul. I felt bad giving him such a project but that's what Jason does best. Not only did he install my new engine, but he totally cleaned up the wiring rats nest under the hood. Looks better than new. Thank you for a very hard but successful job well done.

I was referred here by an employee I work with and came to the lobby area with a list of repairs, but Jason was like "nope, don't let me see that. Let me see what I find" so to me that was funny. I had called earlier and was able to stop by for him to take a look at my car. I wasn't expecting to get the repairs done today because I wanted to be prepared in terms of cost and how long I'd be looking at. The best thing about my first experience here is getting the chance to look under my car and understand more because I'm a visual learner, so I understand of how things work with my eyes more than my ears. I explained of what an employee from my workplace told me (his best educated guess), history of my tires. He was definitely helpful in pointing out what he found, areas that aren't really that bad. He even mentioned the radiator that the other place didn't bring up (which isn't a huge issue now, but definitely something to look into in the future). The more details I got, the better. He printed out his list of the repairs I needed, the price, how long the labor. I definitely felt better along the way. Despite not having the repairs done today, at least I have information. A definitely learning experience for someone who went from no knowledge about cars and repairs to "yes, I understand how that works". hopefully when I come in for the repairs, I won't get lost the 2nd time. Didn't realize I took one turn too soon

Why do I trust this mechanic? He shoots it straight with you and won't try to up sell you or overcharge. I visited them a few months back and he told me what the issue was with my car. The next time I had something go wrong with my mom's car and they were able to assist without hesitation. I know it's rare to find an honest mechanic, but these guys are a valuable service to the Garland Community.

I went in yesterday, and I brought in my engine mount and I asked the lady at the front desk “Can I see the mechanic Jason?” and she said sure, then he came in and I asked him how much is it to install the new engine mount, he said $45.00. I was like wow that is a good labor price install, so I go ahead and do it. He said it will take an hour and a half, but, he did it less than that. Jason did a really good job on replacing my engine mount whenever, I have car problems I will always recommend coming here. Thank you Jason you are a honest car mechanic.

Jason has been great for me and the issues with my 2008 Ford F250. He fixed my death wobble and most recently, got my fuel pump and battery issues resolved before a big move. He’s honest and gets the work done, correctly! I hope I can find the same level of mechanic in my new city! 02/13/23 - I called Jason from the PNW to get his opinion on an issue I’m having.
