After all these years, this is still the only place I go to. You get what you ask for, they are honest, and friendly, and have NEVER tried to sell me something other than what I requested!! Did they tell me my tires were bad and needed new ones when I went in for an inspection? Yes they did, but my husband even said my tires were bad before I went in!!! I drive all the way from Carrollton to come to this very specific location. I do not feel financially safe going anywhere else. I also have NEVER had to call my husband or dad before I got married, because I didn't understand what was going on. Women are safe here. I appreciate them more than they'll ever know.

GeezI called to ask how much to swap a tire P265-75-R16 onto a rim. Guy o the phone sounded high and said it would cost $180. When I ask what he meant, he hung up. Don't trust these guys because they're not right.

They were fast i did appreciate that. They did overcharge for a tire patch job. Its my fault for not making sure of the price, however every tire repair shop in the area is charging a lot less for the same patch job. I would avoid this place at all cost cause if they are overcharging on something this small i cant imagine how much they charge on a actual repair for anything else.

Friendly service. I have been to multiple of their locations and they have all been great. I especially like that they listen to me and don't try to upsell me as if I am incompetent just cause I am a female. Even when my husband is with me they will deal with me on my vehicle needs and not try to talk to him. Sundays are usually the days I wake up and my tire is flat so it helps a great deal that they are open Sundays. They are my go-to for used tires when I am in between buying a brand new set (I have a different shop for brand new tires as I get a really good discount, if not for that I'd definitely go to C&M tire for new tires too). They seem to always have the size I need in a used tire and direct me to the next closest that has my size by calling for me. I recommend them any time anyone asks me for a decent tire shop.

Went there to get change my tire and the worker there doesn’t know the proper method of putting the wheel back on. That didn’t bother me until the worker kept torquing the lug nut and stripping the wheel hub and now I have to replace a new wheel hub. The owner told me to come back next day and he’s going to give me a new lug nut “$1 part” instead of taking responsibility and replacing my wheel hub “$200 part”

I’ve been getting my oil changed here since 2005. They never try to sell me something else. If you bring your own oil/filter they’ll do the work for you. Typically in and out after 10 minutes.

Not recommended. we called for quote for mount and balance ONLY two new tires and were quoted $45. We also asked them to install two new tire pressure sensors and they agreed but said they could not program Toyota sensors. When We picked up the car, they charged us $90, didn't give us a shop receipt and when I opened my trunk 12 days later (where the new tires were), I found the new sensors still in the box. When I tried to address this with them, they said they would have to charge me another $90 and argued with me that they were told not to install the new sensors. (??? What???) we chalked up the $90 (vs $45) to a misunderstanding, but the owner told me I was trespassing after talking over me so I had to raise my voice and threatened to call the police. Bad vibes all around. I have the debit card receipt for proof of purchase.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was at the right place at the right time when I found C & M Tire Shop! Earlier in the day, I had my tire pressure checked at a big-brand tire shop, where they told me I had a nail in my tire. Instead of fixing it, they tried to upsell me a new tire, which I wasn’t ready to buy. Frustrated and on my way home, I happened to pass by C & M Tire Shop, and let me tell you—what a blessing! The team at C & M was professional, friendly, and quick to address my issue. They reassured me that my tire could be safely repaired, and they did the job with care and precision. No pressure, no sales tactics—just honest, excellent service. Thanks to them, I can confidently drive on my tire longer, and when it’s time for new tires, I know exactly where I’m going. C & M Tire Shop has earned a loyal customer for life! Highly recommend!
