I took my car to Toyota, Toyota couldn’t find the problem to my car after having it for a couple days. I brought it to Pars auto clinic he was able to give me a reasonable price and had my car running like new. I highly recommend this shop if you have a Toyota hybrid. He will not disappoint. Last month [May 2022], my yellow ABS light, red BRAKE light, and yellow BRAKE WARNING light ((!)) came on- in my 2005 Toyota Prius. Drove to the local Toyota "stealer" and they told me I needed to replace my Brake Actuator Assembly, for the low price of only $3,000.00. Way too much, so I diligently looked online for Prius mechanics. I work on cars myself but this is a more complicated repair and special software is needed to bleed the brakes properly once this assembly is installed. So, a mechanic with all of the skills and software is needed to perform this repair properly. After calling and talking to a few shops, I decided to take my vehicle to PARS AUTO CLINIC after talking with the owner, Saeid. He is very professional, has a lot of Prius repair experience, and he gave me a fair price. Saeid had my car for a day and he installed a used Actuator for 1/3 the price that the "stealer" gave me [for a new one]. If you are looking for a talented Prius mechanic, which a truly good/specialized one is hard to find, Saeid is the man! :) Also, Saeid has a very clean shop! If you have a Prius that needs work, or really any car for the matter, this is your guy. I have a 2nd generation Toyota Prius that needed the brake actuator replaced. I initially took my car to my husbands recommended mechanic and the guy completely messed my brakes up. Fortunately I found Saeid through google reviews and the work he did on my Prius has it driving better then when I originally purchased it. Even before I came to my shop he spoke with me over the phone about what the whole service entails. I immediately knew I could trust him when I drove up to his shop and saw three other Prius’ in the parking lot. He replaced my brake actuator within a couple of days, only delay was waiting for the part to come in, which wasn’t a problem for me. A few days after getting picking up my Prius from his shop, there was some rattling noise under my car which I had noticed even prior to taking it to his shop for my brake repair, I brought it back to him and he replaced my sway bar link by the next day. Words can’t express how thankful I am that I found this mechanic. His prices are more then fair and his work is quick and done right!

I WISH I COULD GIVE "SAM"ZERO STARS! VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! PUT A BAAD TRANSMISSION FROM A JUNK YARD DID NOT WANT TO REPLACE IT AFTER PROMISING A 12 MONTH WARRANTY, TOLD ME I NEEDED HUB BEARINGS I THEN PURCHASED AS HE ORDERED, NOW HIS BUSINESS PICKS UP & HES TELLING ME TO CALL BACK EVERY WEEK HE WILL FIX IT. I CALL BK TODAY LIKE HE ASKED ME TO THEN HE GOES OFF BECAUSE I CALLED & HE IS BUSY! AS IF HE DIDN'T TELL ME TO CALL HIM TODAY LOL I CANT MAKE THIS UP! Sam is great! We have a 2010 Prius and he’s our go-to guy if we need our Prius fixed. We drive a lot for work so our Prius needs to always be in tip-top shape. Sam is always honest, and can figure out any problem. He’s actually super hilarious and makes fun jokes; had to throw that one in there for free. He is very personable and is able to explain what he had to do to make the car purr. We are so thankful for him and are at ease after any car service. We also have a Toyota Tundra, it hasn’t need to be fixed but if it does I will definitely bring it to him, we trust his knowledge. If you are looking for a good hybrid mechanic, after reading this I would give him a call and try him out, he will respond and you will be thankful as well once your car is fixed by someone honest. I do know that he also works on non-hybrid cars.

I can say that Saeid is the best in repairing hybrid motors. I have a Honda Civic Hybrid 2014. I have contacted many craftsmen but they could not solve the charging problem of the car. Saeid repaired my car short time of period and affordable price. Definitely recomendned!!!

STAY AWAY. He does know his job. He could not check my cars properly. In first car he replaced all mounts and no result, second one diagnosed booster but later checked in another place that found out PA080 code which required replace the battery. So lost money and customer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Wish I could give a million stars) After dealing with a string of incompetent and downright shady mechanics for our Toyota Prius, finding Pars Hybrid Auto Clinic in Garland was a huge blessing. Most shops don’t even want to see a hybrid — and if they do, it’s often just to overcharge and misdiagnose. Not here. Said/Sam is the real deal. He’s passionate about hybrids, deeply knowledgeable, and actually cares about his customers. He diagnosed and repaired our car quickly, charged a fair and reasonable price, and even guaranteed his work for a year. You can feel the honesty and integrity in the way he runs his business. He didn’t just fix our car — he showed us exactly what had happened, explained in detail how the car works, and walked us through every step of the repair. We even recorded it so we could prove to the previous shop just how badly they had misdiagnosed us. Within in the hour, we were back on the road in our supposedly “dead” car — and able to drive it straight to the other shop to try and get our money back for the shoddy, unnecessary work. Alhamdulillah for this shop — take your hybrid nowhere else.

If you have a Prius or other hybrid car, I strongly urge you to come to Saeid’s shop. I cannot express just how happy I’ve been with the work he’s done on my car. I first brought my car to Saeid 2 years ago when my brake actuator failed. After initially sending it to a different mechanic who completely ruined my brakes, Saeid fixed everything and even replaced all the nuts and bolts the other mechanic left off. Since then he has replaced my stolen catalytic converter and most recently replaced my bad combination meter. I got quotes from several other Prius specialty mechanics and his was the lowest and most fair price I received. Within a day of dropping off my car, he had all my dash lights back up. He even fixed/replaced my broken glove compartment FOR FREE! He noticed it was broken and just fixed it out of the kindness of his heart. As long as I have this Prius (or any hybrid vehicle), I will never send my car to another mechanic. His prices are always fair and he does a fantastic job every time. Don't listen to any of the negative reviews about this shop, his communication skills are great and he always gives a quote prior to starting any work. Because of Saeid I no longer get upset when I have car issues because I have an honest mechanic who I can trust!
