I recently visited this Firestone and the greeting that I received from the young lady Bella at the desk was amazing. Bella greeted me with a smile. The customer service was great. They told me immediately what was wrong with my car and was able to give me great service with a smile. I was able to share the great review with friends and family and will definitely be returning from more services in the future, I was later on greeted by the general manager Ahmad and he was very professional. He was greeted everybody in the waiting area and asked if we needed anything and if it was comfortable in there, we should have more customer service like this.

Definitely my choice for car care. First experience they quoted me hundreds less than another Firestone location, saying they didn’t know what the other shop was seeing. The work was great and done quicker than expected. My second time in today was just as good. They worked me in for a brake job and the quote was less than I was expecting. Certainly recommend this shop.

Bella and Ahmad are both customer service oriented reps that make it an enjoyable experience to bring my vehicles to this location. I get a clear and detailed explanation on what is needed, while a sensible approach to recommendations, with Bella specifically clearly differentiating between what is urgent and an immediate need, vs what will be a concern in the near future but it not of urgency.They also offer a quick turnaround for my vehicles, ALWAYS delivering them on the promised time and informing me promptly.
