I have taken several vehicles there for work. I have never had a problem with any of the work. Bubba is a stand up guy and knows what he is doing. I will not take my vehicles any where else to have them worked on.

My experience wasn’t a good as others I wish it was. I dropped my vehicle at the shop because I was advised I needed my whee bearing changed. I wanted a 2nd opinion and after he already changed one side advises me that he thought there was nothing wrong with them in the first place. I paid $500 to replace wheel hubs and bearings that he thought nothing was wrong. I provided the parts they were Lexus genuine parts but someone they failed with in 4 mths. I took to another shop which specializes in Japanese and foreign vehicles and they advised me they were badly installed and one bearing looked as is it was never changed. I brought my concerns to the shop and of course he wasn’t happy with someone question is integrity and work but when it comes to safety of my family and integrity that’s what is as consumers trust in the mechanic for. I’m out of $650 for parts and labor at Ables and then paid $812 at another place but at least I’m warrantied for a year on parts and labor. I wasn’t offered anything. I’m just glad I was able to get it fixed correctly before something really bad happen to me or my family.

Called Ables to cross-reference some info after I was quoted service & maintenance at another mechanic shop on my 2005 Volvo s40. Bubba was very kind & informative on the specific issue I was experiencing, then let me know that my estimate from another shop was not out of the range expected for the work/part required for the PCV flame trap I needed to get replaced. Although I didn't have work done here, I appreciate the time he took to make me informed on the work & that I wasn't getting ripped off at another place. That kind of service is 5 stars worthy!!
