I recently had my inspection done here and asked a gentleman at checkout if future work could be possible for my year of vehicle. The man at the front spoke like a manager that truly cared about getting people in there for business. He let me know that they would definitely be able to work on it anytime. Today at 9am, I call to make an appointment to have my thermostat replaced and my wipers fixed. I was told my vehicle was too old and they wouldn’t be able to work on it. Make it make sense.

I can’t say enough about this repair shop. The manager and mechanics are friendly, polite and helpful. I’ve tried other repair shops, but the prices were outrages, or they would try fixing things on the car that weren’t an issue. This shop is totally the opposite- they listen to the customer, troubleshoot the issue, and always look for the best price when it comes to parts. I’m new to the area and had to do a little research. Coincidentally as I was looking for a mechanic I was referred to this location twice and saw that it had rave reviews. So I brought my car in . When I got there the computer system was down which allowed me to have a long in-depth conversation with a faithful longtime customer. The customer began to to go in depth and genuine conversation on how he found the shop, why he & his entire family brings their car here as well,. He elaborated why no one else will touch their vehicle. After the long talk I knew I was at the right place. Once the convo was over the computer system regained its function! God works in mysterious ways. The manager and I had a heart to heart! Reb was knowledgeable, patient and he knew exactly what was needed. I’m a woman customer that happens to be a tough cookie! He listened to me closely and made sure I was pleased and we were on the same page. He fixed my car at a fair rate with efficiency and he made recommendations for future maintenance ELITE is my sole repair shop and they are stuck with me!

I highly recommend Elite. I had my transmission oil checked & a new compressor put in & it was done & no issues at all. My car is running great. I also had him check it ahead & he did it, he recommended me to a place for the parts & it all worked out. He made my experience great & no hassle & did not take advantage of a woman. Most mechanics will give a woman hell or rip them off. Joseph did not do that & I so appreciate his hard work ethic & honesty. Ladies if you need a honest good mechanic come here.

Was quoted 4300 in repairs at other shops, last place I called was here and they said to come in and let’s take a look because you don’t know what’s actually really wrong. Ended up being super easy fixes and only costed around 600$! Reb could’ve easily scammed me out of my 4300$ but he was open and honest about everything. I will be only coming here for all car related things!

I needed brakes really bad it was long over Due and also needed a few other things done on my truck Jose was a good guy and made sure I got the front wheel alignment and 2 new tires the work was done the right way and everything came out like I expected it to if you are looking for a good local mechanic in the Garland area overall all the mechanics were great also great customer service thanks to you guys I'm back on the road.

I bring my car there for a Wheel Rear alignment ,the boss said they do full alignment (Front and Rear) I said okay because I really want the alignment,The mechanic checked my car after that he to me have one bolt they can’t remove it to do the alignment, after that they give my car and charge me $100 for the alignment 😢 this is so bad . I said why i have to pay for the alignment if you don’t do it? He said this the Mechanical policy. And he keep my car key 🔑
