10/10 experience! I came in with 3-4 different problems with my car and they fixed it so quick! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they won’t scam you. There was a tire shop I had went to (they screwed me over) and the manager here, Ashley, was so kind and helpful and gave me a recommendation of where to go since they couldn’t fix that specific issue at this location. She even called the person she referred me to and explained the situation to them. There’s also a taco place in the gas station right next door that they told me about with AMAZING tacos to eat while you’re waiting. Absolutely recommended coming here, I will definitely be back. Cody (store manager) and the team at this location is awesome. They inspect the vehicle very thoroughly & not only tell you what your car needs but they show you on the vehicle. They are up front with pricing & provide option on full pay or financing. If you have any ABS or Service Suspension Lights on your dash, I highly recommend this location. I will definitely return for any brake & suspension maintenance.

I’ve never been so frustrated getting an oil change I called to make an appointment at 1:30 I got there I waited over an HOUR to get my oil changed paid $102 dollars for everything and my washer fluid was not refilled I know it’s complementary but if I’m paying that much I expect everything to be done. The lady up from kristia kristi seemed annoyed at the fact I asked how much longer my wait would be horrible horrible experience will NEVER be back.

I just want to say that brake plus on 6246 Juniper Rd is amazing!!! We had an emergency with our front brakes and Kristie was so very helpful and kind she made sure we got right in to get the brakes fixed. Hands down the best customer service we have had in a very long time anywhere!!! This is definitely the place to come if you need your brakes, oil, ac or inspection done. He was very honest and not trying to upsell me for more work. I agreed to the brakes and alignment and now it feels like a different car I’m driving! The team at Brakes Plus was fantastic. They provided a free inspection and walked me through all of my options clearly. I originally came in just to replace my front pads, but they explained that the rotors also needed attention to prevent future issues. This is one of the best big named auto service stores I have ever been - brakes plus. The staff are excellent. Cody was great at this location 6246 N. Jupiter Rd, Garland TX 75044. And Angelo was the one who did the actual alignment work. I have never been treated with such transparency and clarity of what they have found out and what they think it should be done. They don’t do anything without your permission. This is professional work ethics which is hard to find. They actually showed me what their computer said next to the rack so that I could see what needed to be done. And the price is reasonable. 4-wheel alignment with a coupon came to about $101. That’s excellent price to me bc of the professionalism provided here. In fact, I’m bringing my cars here for oil change now. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who doesn't know anything about vehicles to anyone who knows everything. One of the leads Jeremy never made me feel small or less for not knowing or not agreeing to a service if anything he was willing to give me advice which is very hard to find. I had a really great experience at Brakes Plus. Kristie, the sales associate, was professional, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle before any work was done. One thing that really stood out was the customer service. Since my car needed to stay for service, Kristie arranged a Lyft ride for me, which made the whole situation so much easier and stress-free. That level of consideration definitely didn’t go unnoticed. The service itself was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. My car is driving smoothly again, and I feel confident in the quality of the work that was done. Overall, this was a smooth and professional experience with great customer care. At the end of October I went to brakes plus for inspection and to get my brakes checked. They showed me where I needed some front strut work done, quoted me 2 grand, put my tires back on and I left. Between then and Christmas day I drove the truck twice to my mom's house, total 300 miles. On the way home Christmas night all the bolts came off my rear driver's side tire making the whole tire and rims come off, going down the freeway at 70 mph. It was axil to concrete and a potentially deadly situation. Called AAA and the guy said tire was mounted wrong. We got the truck home and then I went to brakes plus. They kept the truck 3 days and then their regional manager denied responsibility claiming ctv showed proper procedures were followed. I don't see how those bolts could have come off unless wheel was mounted wrong. Took truck across street to my usual mechanic and he could fix it for 300.00. he is doing the strut work for 600.00 not 2 grand. Judge for your self before using brakes plus.
