They Send me coupons that they don't owner it even though I proceed the oil change and they mechanic guy come over with work orders and I declined that and he is so upset and acting unprofessional way. I came here for my oil change the past four years. This will be my last one.

Should have read the reviews. Terrible customer service. Rude and unruly. Already did a quote with another franchise in Plano, came in to clarify if they offer the same. These were so rude. I’m taking my business outside of the entire franchise

I just listened to the manager at this store completely demean and disrespect another customer who was coming in with an issue that was warrantied for their labor and parts. He called yesterday, as did I, and was given one set of information only to be told something completely different when he came in as he was told to do this morning. She can’t call suppliers about parts. She can’t guarantee appointments and she talks down to paying customers and those needing warranty repair. I lost faith and took my vehicle elsewhere. Her second in command she have her job, bc he was very kind and respectful.

I had an appointment at noon for a tire rotation, wheel balance, and an alignment. I arrived at 11:50. My truck was not moved into the shop until 3pm. Then the work performed took another 2 hours. I also voiced what I wanted for my alignment and now my steering wheel is crooked, and my vehicle pulls to the opposite direction to my original complaint. Why did it take 5 hours to deliver shabby work? I am beyond disappointed with Firestone. Usually my visit to any Firestone shop is perfectly fine, but this one has been the exception.

Update Dec 3, 2025, just left the free air check at discount tire because my car has been veering to the right after leaving Firestone. Discount Tire said my tires are already showing wear because they need an alignment! What! The tires are not even 10 days old! They already need to be rotated and aligned and prior to going ro this Firestone i would regularly check the alignment and it was always straight! Now I have to pay another $100 which I don't have or risk ruining my new tires more. After discovering bad tires on my car the day before and realizing that a small tire place in Arlington took my tires off my 2 new Firestone tires in the summer when they were suppose to take off the 2 bald tires (ultimately that's on me for not checking and just assuming) so I was in a tight cruch being Thanksgiving week, I was able to order tires online and make an appt for this location to put them on. I was rushed and worried about them getting my tires on in time for me to make it to work and forgot to get my lug nut thing out of my trunk so they could get the tires off and they didn't ask. Then came and said one was giving them issues and it'd be $200+/- more and that's when I mentioned the lugnut thing in my trunk. After paying I asked them to review my previous purchase last year in Dec and they said they also did the same thing on the same tire and that store also didn't ask for it however when the side shop over the summer used it they had no problems taking it off! Lesson learned when I hand over my keys make sure to hand over the lugnut key thing! They got $400+ from me on 2 separate visits for the same supposed issue! Otherwise good time on replacing the tires, I made it to work. After work I noticed my car is veering to the right when I let go of the wheel instead of going straight like it had been.

The manager Kacie was so awesome to deal with! Her friendly smile will set you at ease quickly- I do not know much about cars , but she does and she quickly explained in enough detail that even I could follow and understand… she did this in a non condescending way and that really made me feel good. She explained the price break down of the labor and parts so that it made sense for the repair. I checked the Toyota dealer and the repair was going to 3 times higher. I’m so glad I went to firestone and Kacie got me back on the road … nice to see a trustworthy person that is so willing to help out.

I living in McKinney I just come to this Firestone Complete Auto Care 4570 W Buckingham Rd, Garland, TX 75042 for state inspection one of the employee told me inspection can be mission 20 minutes or one hour but more than three hours. I was just waiting and they still told me you have to get like one hour hour more if they cannot work I’m requesting from Firestone Complete Auto Care management to take care of the customers. I just arrived at 12 o’clock after 5:30. It didn’t move my car in the shop. They don’t know how to talk with the customer it’s on unbelievable. I also told and reply that I am going for my duty. It will be start at 5:30 but they told me you have to wait one or two hours more. I don’t know what they’re doing inside and requesting from you guys take care of your customers, please if you cannot take care of your customer please close the store

On Friday, 2/13/26, I had an appointment for 8 am, I arrived about 7:45am, the building was closed, lights out, garage doors down. I walked up to the door but, there appeared to be no one inside. I tried waiting until about 8:10 to see if anyone would come but, whoever was the opening team did not open the store until hours later. I ended up going to another location who was able to get me in that day but, I feel it is quite unprofessional to not show up for customers who have taken the time out to make appointments and come to the location, yet, the opening team/staff is nowhere to be found. Hopefully, such issues can be resolved expeditiously.

So I would love to give a positive review for the front desk, lady who had excellent customer service and explained everything her name was Kacie so give her props! I previously had had my truck aligned somewhere else twice in the past three months and it kept veering into the right so I couldn’t figure it out so when I went to Firestone, they actually diagnosed the problem and recommended some parts to be installed and now my truck is driving so much better straight and no more shaking. She didn’t try to upsell. She just told me these are my options and what I could do glad to give a shout out to the team there.
