I was shocked in the way that I was treated in this establishment. I dealt with Julio and the owner of the business. I have been a frequent customer for many years. I came to purchase parts for a transmission. And everything that Julio sold me was the wrong part. So I returned the next day to purchase the correct parts. The day after that, after I had verified that the other parts were correct, I went and returned the original parts but I was surprised that Julio did not have any idea of the parts he had sold me on the first day. Even with the receipt in his hands he “could not remember.” So I asked to speak with the owner and explained the situation to her, and she said it was okay to do the return. But the worst part of the experience was that she needed my ID to return the parts. My question is why did I have to show my ID to return a part that they sold me and when I had the receipt in my hands. I know that everything they sale is overpriced, but the reason that I have bought from them for all of these years is because they are located close to me and they are convenient. I just hope that whoever reads this, whether it be the owner or not, hope that they address this issue. Now with this issue, I will look for other establishments to give my business to. Sadly I will not be coming back here anymore.

Absolutely horrible experience they sold me a part claiming “brand new” low and behold after taking it back twice after several replacements they are saying it’s a rebuild not new and when I ask to return they inform me no refunds it’s policy… so false advertising and don’t buy here unless you want to get screwed
