I stopped by to get brakes on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk before we headed out to the mountains in colorado. My Jeep had 75,000 mi on it and I had never changed the brakes. I was ready to get both front and back brakes replaced but Victor was kind enough to tell me that my front brakes were the only ones that needed to be replaced. He did a great brake job replacing my brakes with original equipment Mopar brake pads just like the factory I was very pleased with the performance of my vehicle off-roading in Colorado.

The most disgusting person i have ever went to. He does interlock devices for probationers … I LITERALLY WARN YOU DONT GO HERE.. he over charges you and if he does a mistake tells you to call draeger. My initial installment was 0$ this guy made me pay over $140 and I questioned him and again used it against me since im on probation and I had to have the device on my car that day. In his exact words and I have a witness who heard everything “If you not gonna pay im not installing it for you, I have other customers to attend to “ the same exact person you would book an appointment with and make you wait over an hour….hes been overcharging me to the extent he even submitted my wrong email since November of last year so he doesn’t get caught… he has never been sending me receipts…. And to make it worse I almost got into an accident twice because of his negligence… i have a 2023 Hyundai he failed to put a certain device in my car during the installation… I would get random violations and my car would stop in the middle of the road that I had to call 911… n when I took my car to the dealership they said my car was okay until they took the interlock device out and had to reinstall it. Which I still had to pay….. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE BEING SERVICED BY ANOTHER PERSON OTHER THAN VICTOR. And Jeff the owner has been disregarding my calls and messages even for emergencies… the good thing I have proof to show all this shenanigans. Cuz my PO would not believe this unless I have evidence… to the extent I just had to buy a camera to show…

Terrible service, came here for interlock for probation and anytime you go he will make you wait because they are on “lunch”. I got my interlock taking out and the least him and his team could do is take off the resido on the back end of the camera that I paid him 125 to uninstall on top 100 dollars & he will throw in his own fees in the pricing that he won’t tell you till you are there and have no other choice but to pay.
