I had taken my old Honda mower to another repair place and was told they figured I wouldn't want to spend $250 to fix it because it was 20 years old and it had an oil leak, basically add oil every time you use it. I felt like they wanted to try and sell me a new one. It wasn't in our daughter's budget to buy a brand new one so I googled lawnmower repair and I called Garland Saw and Lawnmower. They aren't trying to sell me a new one. They are actually taking a look at it unlike the other place I took it to. ๐ Update: 8/27 Just picked up the mower and it was only $168.95. They replaced the carburetor, new gasket to stop oil leaking, new blade and total general service. They are amazing and I will be bringing all my power equipment to them. Definitely will not be going back to the Plano company that I've used for the last 20 years. Thanks Garland Saw and Lawnmower.

I have used them for 2 repairs now, 1 push mower and 1 gas blower. They are very well priced and responsive. Highly recommend if you are wanting to fix anything, especially if it's been sitting in your garage for a bit.

This business doesn't believe in a customer service. The reason I want to give two stars is: they told me the wrong price over the phone and made me drive to come to their store and when I told them that you guys told me the different price on the phone - they weren't even willing to honor since it was their mistake. Same equipment was $50 cheaper at another store but I still end up purchasing the equipment from them because I needed the equipment to do my work.

Took edger to get tune up and repair. They kept it for 6 months .Told me they were waiting on parts. Total b.s. I took it home and went on internet. Ordered parts that dayand received them within a week. I will never be back and would recommend you go anywhere else.

They get no stars. I took my lawn in to have it repaired when I came to pick it up. The pedal cover was missing and I told them that it was missing and he went and got the owner. The owner came out and said they donโt take stuff off the lawnmower. I said OK but there was a pedal here when I brought it in. Iโll take notice of my items when I take them to the shops to have them repaired. He said you saying I took it I said no somebody took it and then he said I am everybody then I said you took it because it was there when I brought it in then he got upset. Said he order me a new one, but donโt bring my lawn back if I was in the wrong while he order me a new one because he knew they took it off, so Iโm giving them a bad review pretty good pricing attitude, Customerservice not good at all. I will not be taking my equipment back to them at all.๐๐พ

Zero stars like most of the people on here they are terrible people to do business with they donโt do good work at all Iโve spent thousands of dollars with them but drove me away because of there horrible sorry attitudes they all have they are the worst to work with they over charge and just the way they treat there customers is disgusted and disrespectful Iโve took in several of my commercial equipment and the problems on them donโt stop because of the low quality work they do I donโt recommend them at all if your in need of good people that do go work I recommend Lakeview on 66

The worst experience Iโve ever had they have the worst attitude and a horrible customer service donโt recommend them at all they destroy your equipment to make more money they fix the issues and the same issues come up again or maybe worst they donโt know what they are doing and should not be servicing someoneโs expensive equipment because they simply donโt care they want money but donโt do good work

Very poor customer service. Went in to look for a very common item. Was ridiculed by gentleman behind counter after I turned to leave. For asking for a generic part that fits across several different brands. First and last time in this store.

I went in to buy this self propelled Toro and there was my next door neighbor! He was buying one too. What are the odds? They gassed it up, added the oil and started it up to make sure it was ready to go. Great service! Web site for Home depo showed none available but no matter. I'd much rather deal one on one with the pros at Garland Saw and Lawnmower as would my neighbor.

I brought in a very old, beloved edger and asked for it to be made like new. Besides being welcoming, they did an awesome job at a fair price. I can't say enough good things about their service. 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Took in my weed eater for repair. They had it for over a month and never did anything to it. $90 for nothing. I highly recommend taking your equipment elsewhere.

Went in to buy an edger for the lawn. 4 people behind the counter and all of them looked at us like we were disturbing their baseball game they were watching. Rude, terrible customer service, and the prices are way too high. If you enjoy being treated like crap for being a customer then stop by because no one here likes you anyway. Go somewhere else.

So the first time I went in to ask them a question and get some parts for a riding lawn mower I'm working on. Normally when I work on jobs I pick up extra materials that are around the same area that I'm working on cuz normally they break or they were in worse conditions than what I thought. So I rather have them and not need them the need them and not have them. However when I asked them for extra parts the extra pieces that I was going to possibly need they said no no you don't need them just be really careful. Well it turns out I was right and did need them. Now I'm going to have special order of them. Because they don't carry him in stock. I found that out earlier today when I went in to ask for the part again. This time when he asked for what brand riding a lawn mower I have I told him. However that was not the question he should have asked, The question he should have asked was what brand part are you looking for. Then he got upset at me for telling him the brand of my mower and not the brand of the part that I needed. Highly do not recommend. I will never shop here again. Not only do they talk you out of parts that you might need. They treat you like an idiot. And when you answer the question the way they want you to answer it they get upset at you for answering their question the way they asked you.

Took weekeater to be fixed.... paid 45 to have it looked at. I get a text saying its ready... I go to pick it up and they tell me 133.00 they did repairs without the authorization. They said if the value is less then 50 % of the value they " cant call on every repair" then when i showed the math was over 50% he made a new set of rules.. now they are removing the parts and my weedeater still doesn't work...plus a bad attitude.. the kid shot me the finger driving off.. they use the logic thst it will be more expensive for me to now get it fixed so accept the charges.. but my money my vote, I dont support people without decency or manners...read the reviews...its not just me... bad people
