Was hoping that this would be a great shop considering all the other reviews but have had a rough experience leaving a bitter taste. Turned my car in to Grubbs at the very beginning of August for a front bumper fix after running over a tire. It is currently over A MONTH LATER and am still waiting to hear a day to get my car back. Grubbs collision moves at a very slow pace and does not communicate with you and it is a constant battle to get updates on the status of your car. The manager Ryan is very stubborn and will give you every excuse you can think of for why things are not getting done and will make you feel stupid for even asking questions. The only saving grace at this location is Scott who has been helpful during the process but good luck with your endeavors if you are going to be speaking to Ryan.

My sons car was in a hit & run 2 &1/2 weeks before he left for college for the first time. Grubbs went above and beyond to make it work, working with the insurance, to ensure my sons car was perfect. They had it ready the morning we had to leave. Their work was incredible & even fixed a few things we were needing to due before that long drive to Tech. All I can say is WOW. Wife was in a minor accident and it damaged most of the passenger side. Excellent job on the repair - looks brand new and they even washed my vehicle. Top notch communication from start to finish. They took care of me from the second I walked in the door and had my vehicle ready in only one week. Hope we never have another accident, but if we do we will be going to Grubbs. Ask for Adam, he's the best there is.

I brought my car to Grubbs Collision on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by the following Monday, with updates provided throughout the process. However, I ended up having to call several times myself just to get updates, as none were proactively given. In the end, I didn’t get my car back until Wednesday, two days later than promised. When I finally picked it up, I noticed paint chipping on a part of the car that I did not request to be worked on. I went back inside to speak with the owner, who offered to touch it up right then and there in 5-10 minutes. I stood there as he applied touch-up paint, but he didn’t properly prep the surface. Instead, he painted over peeling areas without buffing or smoothing them out, skipping basic steps you’d expect in a proper repair. Along with not receiving an apology for the mishap, it felt rushed and careless, more like a quick patch than a real solution. He handed me a bottle of touch-up paint in case it comes off again. When I asked how long the touch up paint would last, he vaguely said it would “last a while,” with no actual time frame or assurance. To make matters worse, I was told early on that the cost I was quoted would be “99% accurate” and unlikely to change. But when it was time to pay, I ended up spending over $220 more than the original estimate. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had trusted this shop based on the reviews after searching around for over a week, but I truly regret going with their services. Between the poor communication, missed deadlines, and careless touch-up work, I can’t recommend Grubbs Collision based on my experience.
