This place is the worst place to ever go do not go here I came the man told me to come back in the morning on a Saturday morning at 10 o’clock so he could work on my vehicle I show up and there there’s other man there who is yelling at me so rudely telling me that man’s not here and I was bewildered because he told me yesterday to bring it this morning and the man is irritated and yelling at me again he’s not here and then tells me again in Spanish I finally had to tell him dude I know what you’re saying but he told me to be here that’s why am confused he’s yelling at me and then finally he tells me that the guy was supposed to be here but he didn’t show up he called and I told him well then that’s what you should explain to me in the first place more kindly instead of yelling at me right off the bat these people are mean and rude do not go here. Bad customer service

This is for Salih Said… No one told you to leave. We said come back be as I’m you saw that we were busy and just can’t stop what we are doing because someone wants us to.. You bought cheap aftermarket tire sensors we put them on and found 1 of the new sensors was not working. You had 1 good sensor from the original 4 that worked so we put that one back on and was able to program them. You said it yourself the tire light is not flashing anymore.. you probably have low tire… or a sensor that works but not properly. It is not our fault the sensors you bought didn’t work. You should of bought factory Toyota parts!! Oh yeah… not to mention I re-installed your front bumper that was falling off.. You didn’t ask me or pointed it out. I did it just because I wanted to make your car better. Take it to the dealer next time!!

Yes I came into Express Tire and Auto for repair and it was the worst experience of my life. I came in and told the workers the problem with my car. They supposedly say they can fix the problem. And once they were done with "fixing" my auto issue. I still see the issue did not go away. I try to be nice to them and came back again. And they tried to fix it but they did not fix it. I go away and I come back because my car was still having issues. And they told me to go away and raised their voice to me. I tried to be nice to them but apparently they were irritated. I give them money to fix my automobile issue and yet they don't want to be a good person. This place's job is to fix automobile's issues, not steal people's money and time!! I am frustrated about this situation! The workers don't have a good heart, their hearts are filled with black oil and that is a problem mentally. I don't know why this auto place is open, it should be closed down forever, and not recommend this place to anyone in this world. Dont waste your time and money for these people. If anyone is reading this message, please consider my review and go somewhere else. I give this 0 out of 10. Not happy with their management also

Got a nail in a tire but no shop around agree to patch. Only Firestone agreeed but asked to wait for 3 hours so I came here. It turned out only 10 minutes for tire patch and he gave a great price. Very satisfied with the service

We are from out of state, and blew out a tire. By the grace of God, we were 3 blocks away from Express Tire & Auto. Jose patched the hole within 15 minutes! He went out of his way to help us and charged a very reasonable price. We are so grateful! Thank you, Jose, for being so kind and for fixing my tire!

Ernie is the best! He fixed my car and charged way less than other shops. Great service and very quick! 2nd edit: Ernie came to my house and made it right very quickly! 100% great service 5 stars. Edit: oil leak, my car is bone dry after the repair. Will see if this gets fixed and updated with 5 stars after it is fixed. Ernie has agreed to look at it in a prompt manner so we will see what happens.

Went to this tire shop a few weeks ago for some used tires and let me tell you the quality of the “used” tires was outstanding. Their more like New tires than used. Great quality tires ,fast and efficient service. Best believe i’m giving them a 5 star . Compared to many other places I been too this lil tire shop is The Best I’ve been too.

Was going here for the last 2 years when I used to live close by. I brought several set of wheels and have purchased several tires from them. Great guys but I noticed when I had my last set of tires installed I noticed they shake at higher speeds. Come to find out none of the wheels were balanced. Went back and states his machine is down. I have stopped by for a couple of months now and still is down. So they have been installing tires without balancing them for several months now? Also, I purchased a used tire for my brother car and noticed they were speaking amongst themselves quietly right before he placed the wheel in the water barrel to check for leaks. Took it out and placed it on the car. Tire lost pressure over night so we just aired it up. Drove about 10mins and the tire went completely flat. Come to find out they put on a tire that had a hug gash at the bead and yet they were fine with selling it. I'm giving them a 3 star rating until they get me right. They have my number as they ask for it the last few times I stopped by to see if their machine is working and keep giving me these excuses.

Terrible service!! Sells terrible tires!! Took 40 minutes to change a tire just to have a flat tire a week later. Came for them to fix and now unable to help! This is basically Matilda dad’s shop!! Do not spend your money here!!!

The employees are very friendly and they worked in a very efficient manner to reinstall a brand new tire that was purchased elsewhere. Honestly, they could've overcharged me, but they didn't. However, it's "cash only" so please be ready to visit the ATM inside the ExxonMobil right next door.
