Was sent here due to Discount Tire cross-threaded a lug nut on my car. Guy was 25 minutes late arriving to open and did not have parts, though i gave him the model and year the day before when setting up appointment. Overall, they got the job done in a fair amount of time even gping to get the parts themselves.

I took my Nitro to have it fixed for the horn and from a $400 charge I ended up paying a total of close to $2000. His excuse was he order the part and came wrong twice even though Cecar had said there would be warrantee on the work and the parts but still wanted to charge me over $400 to pay for the part again since it was ordered from the dealership the last time. I did not agree with the charge especially since he had said it had warranty. He asked us for time and gave him way more than what others would have given him. From July till today October 18. This is including him returning the car to us twice saying it was good and paying him every time. The first time when he said it was good my daughter took it to college and had to spend extra money to go pick it up six hrs away to bring it back. The second time it did not make it to the house when it was already beeping non stop. Yet he charged way a lot of money and had the car for over months. After this last time he said it was good and after picking it up, when I turned on the car the light for the airbag on passenger side says turned off. I asked him and he replies he don’t know why. That light was not on when it was taken to him. Also the second time he said he had fixed it the doors were not locking and the key ignition stayed on. He fixed it when we returned the last time but definitely not planning on going back. Lesson learned. This place will not have me as a customer for sure!

Took car in on Friday because the A/C-Heat would intermittently stop blowing. I had been told it was an electrical issue and was referred to Cesar by an older gentleman that worked at Autozone. The employee on location called Cesar and he scheduled the appt for 10 on Saturday. There were several possiblities as to what was wrong. Cesar tried the cheaper routes first and then broke the news that it was in fact the blower motor which cost much much more in labor alone. Cesar didn't charge me labor for the other items he fixed, just labor on the blower motor. He said he would try to have my car ready by close of business that day, 6:00. Called me at 4, car was ready. Heat and air works great. Previously replaced the controller, large fuse under hood and other items at dealer to fix problem. Each time the problem re occurred.

He is my go-to guy from now on. Anybody that knows me knows my truck is my pride and joy. He is a great guy, a great mechanic, had me on the road in no time. And last but not least he is an honest gentleman. The visit to C & H Auto Care located at 304 Buckingham Rd. Garland TX was completely unexpected he has a leather chair in his waiting area that just hugs you like a glove. I almost fell asleep in that chair. I had to get out of it or it would have been the longest visit I have ever made to a mechanic shop. 😴 zzzzzzzz. Oh yeah, one last thing. I have my next appointment next week. Gonna bring a pillow next time.🙂

He has given me info over the phone DIY work, fixed the AC on my car quickly and let me know of ither issues ny car had without trying to "Upsell" me. You can bring your own parts or he will get them for you quickly. He gave me updates as the work was coming alongand finished right on schedule. I wouldHighly recommend him to any and all friends.

Cesar does a great job he's worked on my truck and recently put a new exhaust on my wife's challenger for an honest and fair price . Coudnt be happier if you want an honest shop with good service go here .update Cesar yet again provides great service he's done a performance exhaust on my truck as well for an honest price also did oil, filters , alignment and brakes and rotors on my wife's challenger . Not only did he tell me to wait to replace my rear pads cause they had half life . But he shopped around for the best deal on the pads and rotors for the front . Cesar is and will always be my go to for an automotive or performance need .

I have been a client of C&H for a few years now with multiple cars. He has always done an A+ job with no nonsense. He doesn't upscale or oversale. He let's you know if your car needs something major or just a minor tweak. Like today, my check engine light has been on for a couple weeks and he determined it was just my gas cap needed to be adjusted/tightened... no charge.

Originally went here for a spark plug change and knock sensor replacement. They replaced the knock sensor then said it was the wiring harness. Replaced that and left with a transmission leak that I have never had an issue with until the harness repair. Took it back for a $900 repair job and got it back leaking worse and now the transmission was bad. Spent over $2,000. Finally went to Eagle Transmission and paid them to replace the transmission Cesar ruined and found out they only changed three of six plugs and the three they put in were not the right kind. I am a single woman and feel very taken advantage of. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I was really disappointed, after having good past success, with this shop. My last experience was unpleasant, to say the least. I ended up being without my vehicle for three weeks total, being told waiting for parts. The work performed made my car run worse and now runs loud and I paid over 4 Grand. Much rather, from here on out, deal with Fire Stone, or Pep Boys, if I'm going to pay that kind of money, for incomplete work. At least it would be done right.

Went for a full auto inspection literally took less then 30 minutes came back with one issue then told me he only plugged in a machine. This is a waste of $130 if your not checking my entire vehicle I WILL NOT RECOMMEND and he refuse to give a refund. Taking money and just told me in my face he didn’t check my entire car . This could be a shortage or anything he just don’t care wanted to charge me for 20 minutes.
