Horrible place you are better off saving the money and using it to set your vehicle on fire they purposely mess your vehicle up so you have to bring it back make sure you check all your fluids in your vehicle before you leave shame on you crackhead mechanics

I had electrical issues with my car. They told.me to drop it off so I did I got a call later that day amd they told me they don't work on electrical or sensors and to find some place else. When I got my car back my radio would not turn off with the car amd I had to unplug my battery to get it to shut off and it hasn't run right since! Honestly that's just lazy and unprofessional

Hat's off to owners Richie & Richard at The Car Cave in Groves. They have a great team with a wealth of automotive experience and know how to take care of the customer. Trust goes a LONG way when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot for your next vehicle work. It's even worth a trip from Beaumont because you'll get certified dealer service at far lower prices. They took great care of me when repairing my AC.

Update: THEY REFUSED TO FIX MY CAR AFTER THEY CAUSED THE PROBLEM! I left my car in your care for two days to get an oil change and fix the loose heat shield. I was called and told that everything was fixed, but when I picked up the car it was running weird, the idling was going in and out, and multiple lights on the dashboard were on and some were blinking. It is already after hours on a Friday and I have no way to get in contact with you to find out what the heck you did to my car and figure out how you are going to fix it!!! You don't even have a voicemail box for customer issues! I am not willing to leave my car over the weekend in this area, so I am having to leave it with a friend all the way out here, 30 minutes from where I live, and I have to come back on Monday to drop it off again to get it fixed...AGAIN! I expect these repairs to be done at no additional charge, seeing as they were CAUSED AT YOUR SHOP!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service provided for my car and, after it is fully fixed, I never intend on using your services again!!!!!!
