I paid for their top car wash service and they didn’t even clean the inside of my windshield. They also put my all weather floor mats back in soaking wet after washing them.

My favorite car wash thus far! This is my 5th time and so far, I have not been disappointed like all my past car washers. They have a big staff who take their time and actually try their best! I also really like the fact that the owner is always there and very hands on. Shows a lot. I highly recommend this place and please make sure to tip them well!!!

WATCH YOUR VALUABLE THINGS , THE GUYS THAT CLEAN THE INSIDE WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF. I know for a fact it was them. I went there over the weekend.I had a disappointing experience at this car wash. My work shades, (raybans) valued at over $200, were taken from my unlocked glovebox. Today, when I arrived at work, I realized they were missing. This has caused me inconvenience and frustration, and I hope management takes accountability to prevent this from happening to other customers.”

VERY bad service. The guys that are cleaning the cars do not clean your car well. I told the lady in the register that the cleaning service has decreased (15 guys in your car and it’s still dirty after they’re done) and she went and told the workers and they left my car as is. and did not continue to clean the car. paid $30

I came to the carwash because they had a good rating. After todays experience i will never come back and ill make sure i spread the word of how they treat there customers. As im standing there they pull my car out and the driver scraped the front lip kit of my car. I walk over to see what happened and tell the supervisor that the driver had scraped the front lip kit. He then says thats impossible and basically called me a liar. Now i have to pay out of pocket for damage they caused to my car. If you care about your car i wouldnt go here.

Went to this car spa to clean the inside of my car mostly & they didn’t even clean the carpet , they put the rubber mat over it so I wouldn’t even notice it. Then I tell them about it & they tell me I have to pay $30 more on top of the fact that I paid $45 dollars for the service . NEVER AGAIN.

I got the #3 Platinum service on my large SUV, coming out to $32. The exterior clean was perfect; it left my car sparkling. I can't say the same for the interior. They did a good job wiping down everything and cleaning the front mats. But they did not vacuum the seats and trunk well, if at all. There were still crumbs left on all three rows of seats and the back of the seats were also still dirty. If I were to go again, I would just do the #1 Silver service as it's not worth it to pay more if you're not getting a fully clean car. And then vacuum the remaining of the interior on my own.

When I tell you AAA+ I have been riding pass this car wash for a minute going to Essex county for my car wash because I’m use to what I’m use but no more this around the corner from where I live . The wash the money is well worth it and most of all my trunk got vacuumed didn’t even have to ask ! And vacuumed under the car seat , the car seat job well done !!! Big tips coming from me next time I come .

Good spot, workers were friendly. Cleaned my kids car seat out as well. Pleasurable experience. Only thing I would say to make it 5 stars was a little more attention when vacuuming interior. There were 3 cars behind so I get it. It was good overall but could have been better.
