Brought my Brand New Ruby Metallic Porsche Macan S to Bryan to do works with Gyeon ceramic coating, Glassparency glass coating and Wheels Off/Brake Caliper Gyeon Coating and the car looks STUNNING! I am very pleased with the professionalism, kindness, customer service, knowledge, and skill that Bryan provided. The shop is nice, clean and in order. There's a great vibe there and the atmosphere is chill. In my humble opinion, Bryan went above and beyond, and for this I'm very grateful. Brandon and his crew were true professionals as they were very helpful and quick to assist us. We had some weird metalic and oils that spread all over our Tesla that we could not get out. We were worried about it staining in if sitting too long so Brandon squeezed us in and helped us right away. He and his team did an excellent job and our Tesla looks brand new! :) Attached are some before and after photos. When we were finished Brandon was also nice enough to take the time and explain how he treats all of his clients and really helped educate us on how to take care of the Tesla moving foward. He sent us videos, recommended products and provided different options for different services, which all seem very helpful. I had a couple issues with my SUV. The first was a chrome covered bumper piece that was bubbling. Brandon identified it as a possible manufacturer defect and suggested I check with the dealer to try and have it replaced under warranty. I hadn't thought of doing that. I went to the dealer and, sure enough, it was covered under warranty and is scheduled to be replaced at no charge! I also had some side mirror damage to the car that would likely mean the whole mirror would have to be replaced. Brandon and the crew took the car in to see if they could fix it up a bit. They did an amazing job using some different techniques and clever use of vinyl. Mirror looks nearly new for a fraction of the price of a new mirror! These guys are knowledgeable professionals. I'll be going to them for my next window tint job and you should too.
