Our Church had a crash bar emergency exit door latch that failed and left the door unsecured. We reached out to Flying Locksmiths after they opened. The lady taking the call was attentive to our situation. She informed me that given the scheduled work for the day, they could not promise to repair the door latch before the end of the day. But, they did. Within four hours their professional arrived, assessed the situation, remounted and secured the crash bar and latch in short order, and at a very reasonable charge.
