I was impressed with the customer service. Throughout the time we were there at least 4 employees checked on us asking if we needed any help etc. One even got a tape measure for us. At checkout the cashier was very friendly and talkative. We found what we needed and prices were good. It was nice going there and not having to look for someone to help us. The pic is somet i hadn't seen before which I thought was neat so that's why took picture of it. š

Excellence Undone by Apathy Today, I experienced the stark difference between what customer service should beāand what itās unfortunately becoming. I placed a pickup order at the Home Depot in Biloxi for a metal trash can. When I arrived, they were upfront about a missing lid. Rather than shrug their shoulders, the staff went out of their way to make it right. They offered me an upgrade, walked me through the return process, and even took the initiative to check another storeās inventory. One associate went so far as to pull up the Gulfport storeās stock on her computer, saw it was listed as āin stock,ā and kindly suggested I call to have someone verify it was physically on the shelf before I drove 35 minutes out of my way. That is what professionalism and care look like. Unfortunately, that goodwill evaporated the moment I called the Gulfport location. The employee who answered was dismissive and outright rude. She refused to look up the item because I didnāt have the exact SKUādespite the fact that I was calling for help, not standing in the aisle with a barcode scanner. When I asked if someone could simply walk over to the shelf and confirm that the item was there, she flat-out refused. Not only was she unwilling to help, but she showed zero interest in trying to connect me with someone who could. I was not asking for a favor. I was trying to avoid a wasted trip and get confirmation on something your Biloxi location had already gone the extra mile to help me with. Thatās not just good customer serviceāthatās good business. Gulfport, do better. You are not just representing your store, but the entire brand. Right now, you're the weakest link in a chain that others are still trying to keep strong. To add insult to injury, when I arrived and found the trash cans, none of them had price stickers. So guess what she had to do ANYWAY.

This home depot is clean and very organized. Location has always had in stock everything i needed, and the staff on the floor are helpful if you need answers or trying to find a particular item. The restroom was also presentable.

Had a driver in a Home Depot truck, no plates, on Canal around 7:15AM merge into my lane. Which caused the vehicle ahead of me swerving into on coming traffic to avoid being hit. And me slamming on my breaks. Who gave them a license to drive?

The pickup is very professional. Additionally, you must have the Will Call sheet. First go to customer service to get the "Will Call" sheet. Then pull to the other end of the store to pickup your order. The associates will not load you without that sheet. Make sure you also have photo ID.

Outstanding Service at Home Depot Gulfport! I had such an amazing experience at the Gulfport, MS Home Depot thanks to Sabrina and Rena! Sabrina went above and beyond helping me cut my pieces of wood so they would fit perfectly in my car. She was incredibly kind, patient, and so helpfulāeven helping me load and organize my cart so everything was easy to manage when checking out. Truly exceptional service! Rena was just as wonderful. She was personable, friendly, and super thorough, making sure every detail of my purchase was correct. Itās rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way she did. I will never order anything again from Home Depot. Please save your time, energy, and money and go somewhere else for home appliances. The nightmare began when we ordered a new kitchen combo set that included: a new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We set up a delivery date with install as well to be able to enjoy the new appliances for Thanksgiving. The order was done in the beginning of Nov. 2025 and we still havenāt received our complete order. It has been such a headache dealing with Home Depot. The original delivery date was for scheduled for Nov 17, but the delivery guys came and said no one was home even though we were. They didnāt even knock on the door. The second delivery was then set for Dec 8, in which they came and scraped the refrigerator after attempting to bring it inside. Then they had the nerve to offer $25 discount after they their screw up. At that time, they only had the refrigerator and microwave. They stated the stove is on back order and left. They then delivered the dishwasher and attempted to install, but they broke the pipe to connect it claiming it was old even though there was already a dishwasher in place being used perfectly fine. They then told us that we would be responsible for getting a plumber to come out to fix the issues before they can return to install the dishwasher. They then set up a new delivery date, in which they only brought another microwave. We advised them that we already received a microwave in the 1st delivery. They said then they couldnāt find our stove and then claimed they didnāt even see an order for a stove. Then they came again 2-3 weeks later with a plumber to look at the dishwasher, but then said they were going to come back again to fix it because he didnāt know how to do it because he was in training. Itās been 2 weeks since they came last and we havenāt heard anything back as of yet. It has been almost 3 months of this back and forth and we still have received a stove or got our dishwasher installed. We have been to the store multiple times and even talked to a manger, but they keep giving us the run around blaming their delivery team for the issues. We have spent hours trying to fix their mistakes. At this point, I feel like they are taking advantage of us because we are senior citizens. I wish I never made this purchase and want to return it all and they just bring me back my old appliances.

Great store, friendly staff, great selection, clean, organized, etc... Nothing I can say bad about the Home Depot. Came in looking for 1 thing, of course u can't just go in for 1 thing!! I always end up touring the entire store and my 5 minute stop turns into at least an hour!! Love this store (some pics are from October/Halloween)!!
