I discovered MT when I had a Jasper transmission replaced many years ago (they were the only authorized installer). I knew when the job was done that this was going to be my service center from here on out. All my vehicles over the years have been done here, and my girlfriend's Lexus comes from 60 miles away for service here. If you look up "trust" and "honesty" in your thesaurus, all the positive synonyms apply to Master's Touch! Excellent organization!

My experience was awesome! I towed my car to Master's Touch due to engine issues. I drive a Hyundai and they are having problems with the motor seizing up. It ended up being a manufacturer's warranty and I had to take it to a Hyundai dealership. Randy really helped me out!! He was so pleasant and professional! He provided assistance getting my car transferred and worked with my warranty company to ensure a seamless process! I really appreciated his hard work and would definitely recommend Master Touch to anyone! They now have a customer for life! Thanks so much Randy and team!!

The Master’s Touch Professional Auto Repair was recommended to me by my neighbor as the only place that he would trust with his car. I took him up on his recommendation and I have no regrets. I receive professional service completed in a timely manner with reasonable prices. They are my go to choice even for oil changes as I know that they get the job done right.

If you need an honest & reliable company for your auto service needs, please call The Masters Touch! I took my nissan into the dealership...(1st mistake) to have a few things looked at. Well, needless to say, I declined ALL of the recommendations due to the charges they wanted to charge me. After paying $400.00 for diagnostic testing, I called The Masters Touch. I explained the situation over the phone and Randy, (the owner) asked if I could bring it in and they'd have a look at it. I did. I left it there for their assessment. Well, I was NOT DISAPOINTED! They went over every detail according to my printout from Nissan. I knew I should've went their 1st! I WILL FROM NOW ON! I told them what I wanted fixed according to their prices! The cost wasn't even close to the outrageous amount Nissan wanted to charge me! And........it was ready the next day! Talk about a Happy Customer! Give'em a try, you won't be sorry! Another Happy Customer, T. Moreno

As my wife was on her way to church, she called me, saying our Toyota Corolla was shaking and driving hard. I packed up our 6-month-old and went to pick her up. Many people at our church recommended The Master's Touch Professional Auto Repair. Never having been there, I was met with kindness from Chris, who told me they would diagnose the issue and call me the same day with a solution and price. We are very happy with the service we received and now have a mechanic that we trust! I would recommend The Master's Touch to anyone and everyone!

I recently had work done on my 2011 RAV4 and was told that the splash shield was loose and causing all of this noise I kept hearing underneath my vehicle. What that business did was eyebrow-raising, given the fact that a mechanic used a ziptie to hold the shield in place. What they didn't tell me was that the mechanic tied it to a sensor. A friend said I should take my car to The Master's Touch. When I called Chris, he offered to inspect the shield and sure enough, he found that ziptie and promptly removed it. Then he used three of the clips that should have been on the splash shield to fasten it in place. A few days later I asked if The Master's Touch could replace that splash shield for me. The price was right and the work was done as I waited. All I can say about The Master's Touch is that I wish I had gone there sooner. The professionalism and the courtesy I found was such a relief to find. They are a jewel among the rubbish that is out there.

I took my car here to have work done on the all wheel drive system. I had a decent first impression. They seemed to be knowledgeable when it came to my car’s AWD system, quoted me a fair price, and said they could work on my car later in the week. I agreed to have the work done and a few days later I dropped off my car first thing in the morning. They believed it would be a one-day repair, but they called that afternoon to ask if I was able to leave my car for an extra day. I said that was fine because I wanted them to take their time rather than rush it out the door. I picked up my car the next day. Everything with the repair itself seemed perfect until the very next day when I was running some errands. After finishing grocery shopping, I walked out to the parking lot to find that my car had rolled back 40+ feet from where I had parked it and damaged the bumper. I had driven a total of 11 miles when this occurred. Luckily, the only damage was a baseball-sized dent in the rear bumper. When I went back to The Master’s Touch to talk about what happened, they quickly concluded that the issue was unrelated to any work they had performed and refused to take any responsibility for the situation. My car got put on their lift, "looked over", and returned to me without me even having the chance to point out where the shift linkage had come loose. Everything they did made me feel like I was attempting to con them out of money or something. I just wanted the damage on my bumper fixed. Needless to say, in the future I will be having repair work on my car performed elsewhere. I hope they are more willing to stand behind their work. Update: 8 years and 70,000+ miles later I've had no other issues with my car shifting out of park. I can say with confidence that neither bad parts or my shifting were the cause. The only time the car has ever shifted out of park on its own is the day after I picked it up from The Master's Touch.

My son has a specialty car, an SRT4, and he spoke directly to the owner and got all of his questions answered. The work was done and the car’s performance improved 100%.

They’re honest, quick, and do great work. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Randy, Chris, and the team for years. They’ve always shot us straight and are fair in price. They’re friendly and always remember us. I’ll be doing business with them as long as we live in Fort Worth.

5 stars — Truly an Answer to Prayer! A few weeks ago, I arrived in Fort Worth with my daughter after a long trek from Winchester, VA in her Jeep Wrangler—which, by the way, has over 270,000 miles! We pulled in just before Easter weekend and quickly realized we had serious emergency brake issues. While taking a walk Thursday evening, I prayed for guidance on where to go—and I can’t make this up—God answered that prayer clearly. I was led to The Master’s Touch Automotive. The name itself resonated with me, and I thought, “Could this be a Christian-owned shop?” It was—and what a blessing! Chris and his team got us in on Good Friday, knowing I had to fly home Saturday. They fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. A couple of weeks later, they also fixed a rusted-through muffler issue for our daughter. I can’t say enough about the integrity, character, and skill of this team. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust completely—and I’m grateful our daughter and her old Wrangler are now in the hands of excellence. My hat’s off to The Master’s Touch. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for trusted, experienced automotive service—with a heart. Gene

So I took my truck to these guys and let me first say the service i received, even though they didn't work on my truck was second to none.. Chris and the head guy Randy inspected the problem I reported on my truck and were transparent and honest with me, explained the issue and that it would cost x amount and x amount of time to fix.. they charged me nothing, apologized and referred me to a shop that could perform the repair I needed in a reasonable time frame. some may read this and say well they didn't do anything, but I want you to consider the honesty here, they could have easily took me to the bank but did not and chose the moral high road..which is hard to find in the mechanic world.. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely use these guys for future repairs.. awesome experience!!!

These guys are the absolute best! Randy (owner) and Chris (Service Advisor) and their mechanics are outstanding. They are professional, reliable, do great work at a fair price and, most importantly, honest and trustworthy. We have trusted them and continue to trust them with all maintenance for our 2 cars. We would not go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I have been using Master's Touch to maintain my 2018 Toyota 4 Runner for several years. As a single female, I was so happy to find them. They are transparent, respectful and do great work; usually same day turn around. I wouldn't use anybody else. You can trust them and you won't be disappointed. Chris at the front desk is the best.

I can’t say enough good things about The Master’s Touch. I have used them for everything from an oil change to replacing a transmission. They were referred to me about 12 years ago and I have been using them ever since. From a 2006 Nissan Quest that they kept running longer than it should have to resurrecting a 1988 Jeep Wrangler that sat for a few years, Randy (owner) and Matthew (mechanic extraordinaire) have been wonderful to me and my vehicles. Randy tells you up front that he only uses quality parts which might increase the cost a bit but his honesty and integrity and quality of their work are always worth it. I won’t go anywhere else. Also, Chris, the guy who answers the phone - love him too!!!! (The attached photo was from a new car that I bought - they didn’t need to service it but I still wanted their approval🤗)

Randy and Chris and the team at Master’s Touch immediately traced the problem, repaired it and had our vehicle back to us the same day. The price we paid was very reasonable and they are great folks to work with! We have used them before, and we will use them again. Highly recommend!

I will start off with saying Chris is a great guy and I’m not going to blame his end on this Review, He always gives me update and him and his team always has my car ready in time. The shop never holds my car longer than it should. However, the labor prices (& I get it) but I think to change an ambient sensor and clean a 02 sensor for 330$ is a little much. I’ve always taken my vehicle to them and never had any trouble until it came down to my catalytic converter issue. What I believe was a simple fix became a bigger problem. Was actually needing my O2 sensor downstream fixed just to get my engine code cleared. For after two check up they refused to changed the sensor saying it just needed to be clean. They cleaned it but engine light kept coming back up. It lead me to another shop which the guy showed me what happened was their was a gapped socket they connect between the sensor and to the catalytic converter. This is what kept causing it to over heat and running a P0139 code on my vehicle which kept that engine code on. Now I am only assuming Chris mechanic team had did this so they could overpass the code because they were the only shop that put a new catalytic converter on my car in the first place. Because if they cleaned my O2 sensor they should have saw that gapped socket on their and report it to chris to report to me. All in all I don’t think that was right. I kept coming in charge after charge on my card when it was simple fix that I got replace for half the price they were charging and engine code gone.

Kudo to the remarkable crew at Master's Touch. I brought my Toyota Camry in on February 3rd for engine misfiring and sluggish idle. They not only fixed that but repaired a front bumper that had broken loose. Thanks for going beyond the call of duty. Great job!
