Set two appointments and the 1st one they didn't order the part like they said they would. 2nd time was a no show. As a paying customer I will not be coming back to this shop as if I felt my vehicle was not important enough to be worked on.

Do not bring your car to fix my truck I brought my truck for the pump to change the water and ended up changing the parts that were in good condition for the parts used as the fan and the fan cover. Before this new owner this place are be good for fix your car, I know this place for 4 years but now whit the new owner is a really bad place trust me take care you car in this place.

Definitely I am not going back to this shop anymore they are no honest no guarantee suppose to be they fix the problem of my car but no still appear the check engine light on plus they got parts from the junk use parts to fix the cars rogelio and team no honest at all

Took my suv in on Thursday oct 26th-2017 to see why the ac quit blowing through the face part but was blowing every where else nice n cold. They kept my vehicle for 6 days and was told by Roger that they couldn't figure it out so when i picked up my vehicle on nov 1st my ac wasn't blowing cold air anywhere like it was when i took it there. They messed up my ac and also got oil or some kind of greese all in my suv on my leather seats n new car mats. Also broke my ac console . While me n my son was on site i spoke to Roger n asked him what happened to my ac n why is it not blowing cold air like it was n he replied he doesn't know.i also showed him the grease or oil that pit all over my seats n floor mates n broken ac console he responded don't know what happened and walked away from me while i was talking to him. Now i have to pay to get my ac fixed because they messed it up. I would never recommend them to anyone. I'm filling a complaint with bbb and also filing a lawsuit against this place. So when. I picked up my vehicle on 11-1 -17 i could not take it to a real n honest automotive shop until the next day and was told they screwed up my ac n tore up everything n now it's going to cost me about $900 hundred dollars to fix what they tore up n thing's they broke. This place needs to be closed down.

I've been dealing with Johnny and Alex at this shop since 2007, brought in three different cars of mine and one two of my moms and couldn't be happier. These are my guys to go to no matter what and I can always count on any issue being fixed right. They won't try and tell you something needs to be fixed when it doesn't, but they will let you know how much life you have on a certain part before you should consider getting that replaced. I've always trusted anyone at this place and will just drop off my car time to time and say fix whatever you think needs to be done and I don't walk out with an empty wallet. This shop is usually very busy and crowded at times, so you won't always drop off your vehicle and get it turned around in a couple hours. That's the down fall but to get it done right and for a good price why not wait a little longer than the other guys. Overall good loyal trust worthy people and I would refer anyone to them.
