Rude and unprofessional. Inquired about service to my BMW and when I said E. Baltimore City he said he wasn't interested in the job. I wonder why... Response to owner: Regardless to the service area or your lack of expertise on that particular vehicle (None of which was mentioned by the way), there is no excuse for the way I was spoken to and treated for the entire duration of the call.

I have been using their service for approx. 10 yrs and it has been excellent. All my family has use them and are very happy. From simple oil changes to full break job to even replacing the catalytic converter on my daughters 2011 Honda CRV. In particularly, Greg. Greg has been the only one to service all my vehicles and he is always on time, does what he say and is honest.
