Coming from a significant others stand point as a drivers spouse, I got to see first hand how a service company goes above and beyond for a truck driver. Good customer service, Excellent with staying in touch, And also did I mention the efforts in making a driver feel welcomed and comfortable! They lent a vehicle to my ol man while his truck was being repaired, made sure he could get to anyplace he had to go as far as a hotel and getting food etc etc. Thank you all for giving him a great experience and making me feel just as happy knowing he was being taken care of.

I can't emphasize enough how grateful I was to The Service Company. I was buying a Prevost motor coach in Dayton, 500 miles from home. I needed an honest shop to inspect the coach chassis to determine if the engine, transmission and the rest of the chassis was sound. Jared got me in quickly and his team did a complete inspection of the chassis. There were a few flaws, as you would expect in a 25 year old coach, and their assessment gave me a complete understanding of the condition of the chassis. What a relief that Mike Gibson at Imperial Luxury Coach recommended The Service Company to me. It was just a few minutes from his showroom and the thorough inspection and assessment they gave me, allowed me to feel comfortable with buying the coach. I was a stranger a long way from home, some shops take advantage of people in that circumstance, but Jared and his crew couldn't have been more fair and honest in their inspection and the price to fix some of the minor issues we found. I see that y’all are highly unprofessional. Will be posting on social media letting people know in the area how classless y’all are. To basically bash and put down someone for having a go fund me to fix a vehicle that helps and makes the community better. Disgusting. Also, it should not matter how you get your payment whether it’s GoFundMe or out my pockets directly, because at the end of the day y’all are getting paid. Shame on you. You should stand behind your work and make things right. It also doesn't matter how people pay you as that attitude shows a lot about your company. I am a fairly well-known business in Dayton as well, and will definitely be showing my clientele/on social media because I work with a lot of animal shelters/rescues and non-profits and it definitely sounds like you have issues with how places pay for your services.

As a small business owner myself, i learned a lot about customer service after dealing with The Service Company. The customer service experience was awful. It’s already hard enough trusting and finding honest mechanics to work on your vehicle, but to have to deal with rudeness and disrespect, too is completely unacceptable. It won’t be forgotten. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!

We have had our vehicle in their shop several times, since October and each time we get the vehicle back, it’s worse than when we brought it to them. Take it to have a tailpipe fixed and a heat shield fixed/replaced and now exhaust backs up into the cab, and the heat shield rattles worse than when we took it in to be fixed. They were going to call us back “first thing” yesterday, and when we picked it up today at 2:30 they still hadn’t reached back out, and the manager was gone for the day. They have had our van almost a month total which has absolutely disrupted our travel plans repeatedly, and now we have to take it somewhere else and pay some else to fix the things they did that we have already overpaid for. The cherry on top… we pick up the van and it is not only low on fuel, the dang gas light was on. And it was UNLOCKED in their UNSECURED parking lot in front of their building! I don’t trust them, and I sure as heck would never recommend them to anyone. Don’t get me started on them installing bad parts and not realizing it when they test drove it or them not being able to hear the issue with the heat shield. 😒 So if you have a large vehicle, find someone else to service it, because the guy told me on the phone that they just had to replace suspension work they had done and had to swap for factory parts because they installed junk on someone else’s vehicle too!

After a referral by another company that was not able to do the work, we were connected with the Service Company. The first person we spoke with was Jared in the service department. He let us actually come to the facility and stay overnight in the parking lot because it was too late to do any service that day. The next day we worked with AJ and he was able to come out and assess the problem, get us a price quote, work with our extended warranty plan and order parts. Our service technician Nick was spot on. He dismantled the top of the engine, took out the broken parts, replaced the parts with new ones, and we were on the road again within six hours. Nick was very helpful and repaired the engine very quickly. He was very polite very knowledgeable and just a good person all around. I am extremely pleased with the all-around experience that I received. Especially since they were able to squeeze us in they’re busy schedule, as we are on vacation and needed to get work done as soon as possible. I highly recommend there service to anybody in need for quality repair work!!! Kudos you guys!!!
