No stars for the unprofessional service I received here!! My 2006 Ford Explorer (Tan) was.held hostage over a period of 3 months for issues related to a supposedly rebuilt transmission.A month before my 2year warranty expired my transmission went completely out! The boss and subsequently Lamont continued to lie to me over and over again as to when my vehicle would be fixed! Even then when I arrived my vehicle still would not move! Then; had the nerve to say I may be charged for labor! While present there for the 10th time I overheard a woman in an argument with them, who was experiencing the problems I was having with the unprofessional service! Please stay away from these heartless people! There are great auto repair services a mile way on Southlake pkwy you would dearly love to service your vehicle. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way! But neither should you!!!!!! Chapter 2. I’m Back again my people!! This is now the 5th time my transmission went out again messing with these guys! Please take your business to white folks before unfortunately going to Perry;whoms lack of understanding and professionalism with transmissions is non-existent.He responded to my previous review posted by blaming their errors on issues unrelated to my transmission that Iam allegedly at fault for.However;again (Nov 16,2024) this is a transmission issue that keeps reaccuring, as if it’s intentional.Please ,Please,Please my fellow men and women;do not allow these people (mainly Perry the owner) to sabotage your transmission etc.This rebuilt transmissions only last 6mths.Almost as long as he held my vehicle hostage because they failed miserably to get it right over and over again.I haven’t been this mad with someone in a long time.An I hate that my family had to get involved (an nearly my attorney) to press him in acknowledging my vehicle is priority over others because I’m on this so called 2year warranty my transmission never made it pass.White folks all down Southlake pkwy I found afteward for non transmission issues were beyond professional! I wish I had the ability to foresee the negligence of Perry’s fake auto repair services! It’s almost like he is learning by trial and error with no lack of remorse for his customers!I can only pray for him, and hope he becomes a man of integrity like his colleagues down the street in this business!Peace! I speak these words of assertiveness out of love for potential future customers not to suffer as I have presently today!!!!!’ Oh yeah! Perry was steamingly MAD”over that last review I gave! Now he knows how I feel; since he had been stoic, and apathetic to my complaints!!!!! Part 2 Back again y’all and now it’s Jan 8,2025 My transmission is showing signs of break down.It stalls sometimes in reverse,as well as in drive.An since my warranty ran out March 2024 iam sure Perry will attempt to charge me.He will never touch my transmission again! This is now the 4th time he couldn’t get these seemingly complex problems corrected after molesting those integral pieces in a way that would ultimately start falling apart! If you know a good transmissions mechanic please let me know.Iam so frustrated and humiliated to have trusted him to do right by me,and anyone else whom has been confronted with this madness!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went to The Signature Auto Repair because we really needed our car to be fixed before a 14 hour road trip. On the way to Georgia, we ran over an 18 wheeler tire, but we didn’t have any other vehicle. After visiting a dealership which was NOT helpful (boo to Ford!) we came here in a last ditch effort. Ben the mechanic was SO helpful is figuring out what was happening with our car and fixing it quickly. The rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable while we waited, and they were all so friendly. We drove back home with no issues! Thank you Ben and The Signature Auto Repair!!

Do not take your vehicle here. I took my 2004 BMW February 2022.They original issue was the check engine light was on and it was smoking from the engine. It took them 8 months after to say that they believe it needed an engine. After paying $5,500.00 the engine light was still on. I was giving this vehicle to my son as a gift for December 2022 But never happen because the car was still in his shop. My son passed away in May 2023 and the vehicle was still in his shop with different issues that they claimed they fixed. After picking up the car in March 2024, the engine light still turned on took it back for the issue. I needed to get the emission in June but the car would not pass. The owner kept saying that we have to drive it for 200 miles and then the engine light would turn off. Never happen so we took it back. The car kept having different issues. Lamont, their mechanic, sucks. Does not fix cars, he is joke. After picking up the car in August 2024, we have an oil leak and AC not working, which they apparently fixed. Please, do not take your vehicle there. They do not know how to fix high end cars. I would not trust them. They are about money. They should have told me from the beginning that it was not worth fixing this vehicle. But instead, they lied and took my money and refuses to reimburse me. I even asked them to reimburse a portion since I was the idiot to trust them with my vehicle. I say again, Lamont sucks as a mechanic, and the owner, Perry, is untrustful, uncooperative and unresponsive. I am taking them to court. They have horrible service. They do not do what they promise.

Very poor service. It took them a month to provide a diagnostic even after we repeatedly called to check in on the vehicle. Then when we finally got an answer, they charged $195 for the diagnostic, when a diagnostic is normally under $100. They told us it would take a couple days, but instead we got the runaround and unfair pricing. I wouldn’t send my mother’s or my father’s vehicle there.
