Was the only place in town who could help me with buying a used tire. Called several and they basically wanted me to buy a new one. The Tire Tree was able to get me one and was able to pick up the next day.

Highly recommend this place! Best owners, caring and kind people that offer reasonable prices for the high level service! I got a nail while driving to Mt. Shasta from Bay Area on Saturday and was panicking to find quick repair during the weekend and so far away from home, but these guys were very kind by the phone and once I got there they replaced my tire in 10 minutes! Wish you all the best!

I came here looking for a used tire. The tire they brought out was weather cracked and dented from sitting flat. They then said the price was $60! The same size tire at Walmart was the same price and brand new! After discussing the price, they wouldn't come down. They also pulled the valve stem, so now I have a tire that won't inflate. I recommend looking elsewhere for your tire needs. Buyer beware!

Dude. On the way to Oregon I get a flat tire. One of the only shops open that Sunday. Think no way a random shop would have one of my specialty tires in stock. They had 1. Never have I had a non-dealership have my tire in stock. People here were awesome too. This place deserves your business.

Chipped my rim pretty bad in a couple places, charged 300 for 75 dollar tires, and put the weights in a place where they will fall off

It was quick service. Wish they would have told us the difference in prices when we called but other than that, they were great.

I went to this place based on a friend's referral and I'm sorry I did and he feels pretty bad about it as well. I bought 4 tires for my fifth wheel and four tires for my dump trailer I spent $930 this day I asked him for some better tires than the ones that were on my RV with which were original he suggested some LT tires and I went with his suggestion he neglected to tell me the tires were rated for 3000 pounds as opposed to 3500 lb which was a tire that was on my fifth wheel I didn't find this out till later when I got home I also noticed they seemed a little bigger than the tires that came off he said they would only be about a quarter inch bigger and it shouldn't be an issue the trailer sat there for three months until we left for a 3 week trip to Colorado Wyoming and Idaho everything started out fine until we filled the fuel tanks and the hundred gallon water tank on the 5th wheel then I noticed some rubbing sound but it wasn't for several days till I noticed the tires getting damaged that I figured out where they were rubbing by this time we're in Colorado in the middle of our trip. After we arrived home a couple weeks later I went to his shop with the damage Tire and told him about the rubbing issue he assured me the tire size was only a quarter inch difference and there must be something wrong with my trailer so okay I go back a couple days later with a couple more tires to compare and sure enough he realizes that yes it's more of an inch difference in the tires now he wants to see my trailer well I'm not going to drag my 40 foot fifth wheel through Redding and try to park it in his tiny shop area where there's no room so I brought some pictures, he ends up asking what he can do for it I asked that he swapped out three of the tires and I would purchase a fourth for a slightly smaller size that wont rub. The 4th tire was damaged on the road in an unrelated issue, and I was willing to purchase that one but he said he would only swap out two of the tires and I would have to buy two new ones because they were rubbing and now they're damaged he can't resell them, I didn't think that was fair I thought because he sold me tires that were bigger than what he thought that he should cover the burden to remedy my issue but he didn't do that and I figured well if I have to buy 2 new tires I'll go buy them somewhere else and I'll just deal with the two tires in the front axle they're slightly larger but they don't rub so probably not a huge deal, so after spending about $500 on that set a tires I had to go buy two more, one wasn't his responsibility but nevertheless another $250 on tires Now we come to the dump trailer I bought tires for on the same day I had called the day before and got a price quote and followed up the next day by bringing the trailer to a shop I describe the trailer and the tire size when he gave me the quote so he mounted the tires I went back picked it up, all my trailer tires for the RV were in the trailer and I didn't realize till I got home that he mounted tires with weight rating which was way less than the E rating that we took off and only came to about 1500 pounds per tire instead of the three thousand pounds per tire of weight load that was taken off he didn't tell me any of this information. ( the dump trailer has a weight rating sticker that shows size and the weight rating that the tires should be )I noticed it myself but I didn't say anything and I'm just stuck with them now I'm guessing if I would have said something I doubt he would have swapped them for something different anyway

They went out of our way to help us when we were traveling through town. Great customer service and had our tire, even though it was a rare size. The price was great! I would highly recommend!

This is a great place to find a tire. I needed one Tire, and they had just that. I called around other places and they didn't want to sell me a used tire, but The Tire Tree got me exactly what I wanted. Thank you for the great customer service as well. I recommend your friends and family to give them a call or stop by if you need a Tire.

Really saved me this morning! I’m traveling and I woke up to a nail/flat tire on my truck. I called and they said “no problem”, come on down. After going to their very convenient location, I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

If you ever find yourself in a bind and desperately need tires, look no further than The Tire Tree. While places like Les Schwab, Big O Tires, Costco, and Walmart may tell you they're too busy or closed, The Tire Tree is there to help. I had an outstanding experience on Sunday, September 14, after a tire blew out while we were returning from a boat trip. With no other tire shops open, The Tire Tree came to our rescue. Their team was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They not only provided a reasonable price but also got us back on the road in no time. I can't recommend them enough! Five stars all the way! Thank you for your exceptional support—because of you, we made it home safe.

It’s a mixed bag depending on who’s working. Took a flat back that wasn’t repaired right and got the royal treatment. Brushed the rim sealing surface, mounted, balanced with proper stick on weights, no charge. I’m going back. Love a place that will make it right.

This place is great they do fair pricing and are competitive priced so they try hard to stay the most affordable in Redding, they got my tires done and took care of me. (They don't rip off women ladies!)

We got a flat while in Lassen park and had to drive to Redding on a spare - nightmare! It was Labor Day and we were terrified we wouldn’t be able to get a new tire anywhere, but Tire Tree saved the day! We had our 3 kids in the back, in the heat, and they changed our tires quickly, were so kind, and had us out of there within an hour (there were even cars ahead of us). Thanks again!!
