This used the be THE place to get your car washed. Every time I come now the customer service gets worse and worse. I often wait at the pay booth for up to 5 minutes before someone comes over, they are slow to get the cars through, and the quality of their detailing services keep getting worse as well. I've had them double charge me, not know how to count change back. Give me the wrong car wash, they broke a side mirror at one point trying to push it in when it wasn't supposed to go in. I've stopped coming here, what a waste of time and money.

If you don't mind going back to have them clean your car again, this is the place for you. Every single time, without exception, I have had to point out obvious things they missed, and that takes a lot of time. The last time I went through the manager came over and told me to make an appointment for a detail because their worker wiped down half of the back windshield area and left the other half dusty and I complained. And they "Don't do rearview mirrors" unless you specifically request it. Why wouldn't they wipe off the rear view mirror for crying out loud? Terrible customer service.

I went in at 5:45 yesterday. They close at 6:00. I was told that since they were closing soon, they could vacuum but not wipe done the interior. He said “that’s all we can do.” I paid $7.50 and when I gave the keys to the attendant at the car, he asked for my receipt. I wasn’t given one. The man who took the money had already left the booth and had disappeared. I told the attendant what he’d said and what I paid. He said he thought they could wipe down the interior too, but he’d have to ask. When they said my car was ready, I was surprised that it wasn’t washed. I spotted the man who took my money and I questioned him. I expressed my displeasure that he charged me $7.50 for a simple vacuum job and no wash. He said that he’d told me that was all they could do. That’s true. I misunderstood and thought he’d meant that’s all they could do with the interior. I told him I was going to call the boss the next day and see what he had to say. He told me to come in at 8:00 the next morning for a wash and ask for Jordan. I didn’t go in as I live out of town and am busy preparing for a trip. I did call today and got no answer. I would think the owner would want to be watching his business and at a minimum, answer the phone, even if he does so remotely. I know what happens to money when receipts aren’t given. This used to be my favorite car wash. Did they change hands? I won’t be back.

Normally this is my favorite car, and they have done a great job in the past. Today I was disappointed with the service. They have changed their menu and it is no longer clear that what they have displayed does not include detailing inside the car. The gentleman who rang me up with rude. After going through the wash and waiting for 20+ minutes, the same gentleman came up and informed me that I had not paid for the detailing and it was going to be an additional cost. I kind of feel like he was making me feel like it was my fault I didn't understand.

I purchased a platinum wash card, of I believe 5 or six washes for an incredibly high price. I have now used all of the washes on my brand new truck. After every wash, I still had a large amount of pollen and dirt still present, as well as dried soap. On each iccasion, I still had to go gash it the rest of the way at home. My truck was not very dirty on any occasion. Very disappointing wash and value.

Whenever I’m in Eugene and I drive through here. It’s cheap but I always wonder. What’s the difference between the three selections? I do love the vacuum which seems to be strong. A dollar will get you 10 minutes. The only reason I gave this place a four it’s because I paid 18 for the super deluxe and I’m not really sure what I got for it rather than the $10 one.

I used to go to this car wash all the time and they were wonderful, very good value for your money, always did a great job. However, something changed a year or so ago. Now when I go through, you can barely even tell that they did anything on the interior, and I almost always leave with water spots because they didn’t hand dry my car, even though it’s included in the package. I’ve tried going back several times hoping that the change in service was a fluke, but it seems as though this is the new normal. I won’t be returning.

This was a great experience. Aside from the great job the fellas did washing my car, the guy at the window who greeted me when I pulled up to pay was AWESOME. He gave me the rundown of services and helped me get in and out fast. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous:) I'm pleasantly surprised and glad I came here. 10/10 would recommend going here for a car wash and I will be coming back soon. Well... I just got a car wash today and I don't know if the big wipers are too rough but my entire rear end has micro scratches all over now on my brand new 2020 civic and the rear end of my trunk wasn't even touched by the washer guys... no one was there to dry my car off at the end either so the 12$ for wash and wax wasn't worth it, ill probably never go back again unfortunately.

Went there and bought the most e expensive package for wash and vacuum but I swear they didn't even hardly vacuum it. There was stuff stuck to my mats and they just left it never even gave me the option to pay more and get them washed. It was my first time there so I didn't know it was more. I was so frustrated as I watched them do the car ahead of me and do such an amazing job. Never go there again for sure.

Unfortunately- I can't give a review of this car wash since they were not open at 9:25 when I got here. Those are the two employees next to the closed business waiting for it to open. Update: Manager showed up at 9:42 as I was about to leave.... Apparently there was a miscommunication...which happens in life. I then became more interested in how the situation was handled. The manager seemed to avoid me and when it came time to pay- I was charged full price. I asked the employee if he requested a discount and he said he did but the manager would not give me one. I then went and found the manager who said the employee never asked. 🙄 The manager then walked me out to my car and gave me a coupon for an upgrade next time I come in. LoL (I'm from Seattle) - gee, thanks. The car wash was good - didn't leave any soap behind! The interior detail was great and vacuuming was done well....and the employee sprayed my tires for free :) The scent left my car smelling like the strawberry shortcake doll from my childhood 🥰😍hee hee. Accidents happen- that's why they aren't called "on purposes" 😉 Customer service is what matters most..... I did eventually get an apology 😁

I love taking my vehicle here but this time it was not the best experience. They denied me from being able to get a wash unless I paid additional labor charges to sweep out the sand in the back of my truck. The amount of sand wouldn't even feel a Starbucks cup. It's almost like they're trying to upsell and charge of people more labor for things that shouldn't really matter in the first place. Hopefully they get a new person in that is more customer service oriented and not looking to try to rip off the customers.

As far as I know, this is the only car wash in Eugene that does a thorough hand pre-wash and full interior cleaning and vacuum. The quality is always top notch, and quite frankly, pleasantly surprising. I will never go anywhere else. Well worth $25 for gold or $30 for platinum washes.

First off I'd like to say I love to give good gratitude to thouse who deserve it. Overall this place is a great place to get your car washed , if you want the interior done, id say go somewhere else or do it yourself. I asked the employee who I gave my keys to please pay good attention to the doors, dash and side of center console , the only thngs i asked about was not touched at all. I can wipe my finger across my door and wipe off the dirt with barley touching it. I'm not too mad because it gives me less to do. Looked like half of the employees were doing their job and the other half was standing around.

We paid $29.99 for the Platinum Detail and while the outside looked good, with the exception of one tire that was missed and the running boards, they failed to clean the interior. The dashboard, inside of doors, the outside mirrors and inside rearview mirror, windows, inside of doors and missed vacuuming the back seats and the floors. We could have done a better job ourselves. Very, very disappointed. Not to mention, they forgot cleaning products in our car. Will not go back and do not recommend.

I am new to car washes and I liked that they had attendants who started the process with a hose and a big scrub brush and who were kind even when asked silly questions 🙂 They also had a lot of signage and big arrows to help me know where to go. They have a membership program which I might consider and I'm happy they didn't try to push. I would like to get a hand wash and detailing when I have more time. I got the $18 (best) automatic wash and also took advantage of their complimentary vacuums. I found them easy to use and included a photo. I included a video to help show what kind of machine they have since I've seen some variations.

Quick and easy access on and off of 126. Friendly service. Get the membership, it's worth it if you care about keeping your vehicle clean. Dowside is max 7' 2" clearance, so no oversized vehicles here.

I did only get the $10 express wash but, the car is simply not clean. Very unsatisfied with the results. The employees with the brushes on a stick could have done 1 more minute of work and the quality of the wash would have been satisfactory. I would add pictures of proof that I'm not just gripping, but it won't let me.
