If you dont wan to pay money to be insulted dont go this place. They deserve "-1". This place is not a mechanic place just part replacement place. There is no mechanic expert there. They just read check engine code and change the parts. If there is a problem on your car where there is no censor, for instance oil cooler seal should be changed they dont inspect and research the problem thoroughly, so they dont try to find out and notice the real reason of the problem. They are trying to sell parts and charge their labour fee. I fixed my car and changed timing chain after that check engine light came on again. I brought the car there again. They spoiled my car in second time. I paid to fix the check engine light issue but they delivered the car without fixing the issue and insulted me. Before I dropped the car there. There was only 1 code. After they fixed(!) the car 2 different new codes appeared and they refused to even check what was wrong. They said me call the police, go to court. They tried to dissmis me without fixing the problem they caused. In order to show check engine light came off, they reseted the car computer. They didnt fix the car properly. The mechanic guy was very rude and vituperative. Dont go there never!

Okay The reviews for this place must be from friends of this person because they are absolutely terrible. If you dont call them for updates on your car, it will literally be sitting there forever. Story time** I took my car for one issue (The car was not accelerating immediately)that they never fixed but they charged me $531 for some thing “I may have needed to be fixed in the future”. Meanwhile the original issue was still there and actually worse. I took it on a Tuesday of one week, took it back the following week on Tuesday night . Wednesday afternoon (4:40pm) they told me it was one thing. Thursday 1:40pm they told me it was electrical Issue that they could not fix but would take it somewhere to get it fixed. Friday afternoon at 12:21 i called yet again and the receptionist told me the other place would have it ready by 3. I asked for the address of the other place, she said oh nvm they’re fixing it here. How are they fixing it there if they literally just told me the day before that they couldnt? Anyways my mother finally brings me my car. While it is driving better since it will accelerate, it us still lagging, the spedometer isnt working, its still not driving as good as it was two weeks ago and I am out of 531 dollars since I did not need the original part replaced at that time.Customer service and business of this place is terrible. Do not go here.

I walked in to see about services on my vehicles. Never in my life have I ever been treated or talked to in such horrible manner. My recommendation is run from this shop. Very unprofessional and hostile environment. How this mechanic shop is in business is mind-boggling.

I have jeep wrangler and I hade problem with the brakes system. The calibre got frozen after I changed the breaks so I went to two different local mechanics the installed new calibre rotors and break shoe and it was just wasting of time and money.. This guy know what he’s doing. Firs when I told him he said it’s a common problem with the wrangler and he fixed it with changing the calibre hose. Which is cost $45 plus install. He give receipts and warranty. ( if you won Wrangler make sure when you change the breakers to change the calibre hose as well ).

My windshield wipers just stopped working in the middle of a rain storm. Pulled over and they were the first shop I saw. I spoke to Waled who immediately accommodated me in his busy schedule, not only did he and his team fix the issue but they gave me a, more than fair, price! As a woman it’s hard to find mechanics that don’t take advantage of our lack of knowledge, so I’m very happy to know there are still honest people in this world. Thank you guys for all your help and for taking care of me on such short notice.

The professionalism and mannerism at this place is corrupt. Yesterday I went to the tire shop around the corner and asked them to change my tire. I was referred to THM Auto Repair because one of the lugs were jammed. So I needed two new lugs and to remove the jammed lug. When I arrived he asked me to come back the next day because he was busy. I returned today at 8:30 and dropped my car off. He told me it would take about 2 hours. I called at 12:09 because I hadn’t gotten an update and I was told he was waiting to get the two lugs which were about $6 each. I asked for the price of the labor and he basically ignored me. At 1:30 they called back and his secretary said my car was ready and it was $120. So I asked for what ? She said and I quote “what it is you asked him to fix?” So I asked if it was for a new tire and the two lugs ? She said yes so I said okay. When I get there there’s no tire. It was $120 just for the two new lugs and the removal of one. I simply explained to him that the professionalism is horrible. When I called at 12:09 and asked the price of the labor it should’ve been given before even touching my car. What if I couldn’t afford his labor fee? Now I’m focused to pay the price of it because you already did everything. After debating the principle of the situation, he dropped the price to $70. But it gets better when I asked for a receipt, his secretary slammed into her seat and rolled her eyes to do so. Then she asked my name and I began to spell it because it isn’t an easy name. She said AND I QUOTE “ I GOT IT.” I kindly said to her, I don’t appreciate the attitude because I did nothing to you. My issue was with your mechanic, not you. Her attitude instantly changed and she corrected the spelling of my name on the receipt. I’ll never go back there and this was my FIRST AND LAST TIME! I will spend my money elsewhere.

We were in our family vacation in Pennsylvania in our infinity G37. As we were coming back heading to New York on interstate 80 East, our car broke down in New Jersey. We were able to get off from the highway and pulled into the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot as I looked up I saw the THM auto repair sign across the street, I walked to talk to them and they told me what was wrong with the car. They were very happy and very willing to fix it. After 30 minutes or so they had fix it. The price was very reasonable, they were very kind and friendly. We are from Florida and we would like to recommend THM to all the residents and the community around them to visit them and allow them to help you with your car’s needs. We would like to wish THM auto repair shop’s staff a very happy and successful new year. From the Serrano’s Family we would like to say thank you very much.

Scammers. Got my brakes and rotors changed here. A month later they were squeaking still. Took it back because I was told I have 1 year warranty, so he cleaned them. 8 months later, squeaking again. Took it back there and told me I would have to replace everything since I went back the second time when they were cleaned and that was part of the warranty. Less than a year and they have to be changed again, cheap parts from random manufacturers.

Super reliable and to there word no extra fees or extra add ons they took my fiancé truck and finished the work on it same day did everything exactly as promised hard to find a good auto body shop that’s not gonna give you the run-around but these guys are it!
