The owner of this place haves no customer service experience, dont let their employees finish a complete detail and gives the run around break something in your car and act like it wasn't him,,I feel bad for their employees,cause they get a bad review cause of the owner.

This place does excellent work but struggles to open on time 😟🤷🏾‍♂️. Punctuality is key when operating a business guys! Would have rated you higher but help me help you 😉. 10:00am means 10:00am NOT 10:30!

They don't know how to do jobs there they're constantly changing prices reeks of marijuana taking a break to smoke weed before the work on the car the mechanic charge $150 to change my brake pads and I told him no and he kept asking me how much do you have I ended up paying a hundred bucks but I'll never go here again he had my two wheels off the floor trying to bend my car in half don't go to this place

I had tint installed and had bubbles in the tints 2 weeks after I went back to let them know and they would not make it rite and redo the windows to make it rite very poor customer service and also the tint film is not the best almost a blue tint not shaded black at all. Stay away!!

Manager at this place has no idea how to run a business. I went to the place with an appointment and Manager was to busy texting and did not bother to come over by me to get the details of what I needed and how much it would cost. He screamed at me from a distance and said what do you need done. Then proceeded to scream at me to park the car and bring him the keys. There was no parking outside, so I got back in my car and left. You need to greet your customer with respect to get respect. Don’t bother with this place. The guy should not have a business.

I love all the people writing all the bad reviews about the management structure and customer service. You are in the middle of Paterson getting a tint job and a car wash! Keep it moving Karen, no they do not have free coffee for you and yes the manager is going to keep texting because they are conducting other business. I love how fast they do tints and how inexpensive it is. Good quality, good people and overall good service!! love this place.

So just to let everyone know about this place, let me start with the Positive side, first thing car wash is great of how they So there job. But the negative is that new guy they have there name wassa that does the car tints does the job so fast then you stuck with bubbles and lines in between the tint and expensive for unprofessional work done, when you try to go back to try to fix the issue, they give you Attitude and always find them smoke in marijuana, very bad smell, then on time of that the boss Arison also gives you Attitude and don't father resolving your issue. They lost one customer today. But many more to come if they keep doing this ferry unlikely. I will use them again. Stay away from this place for any tints done to your car, trust this is not hate on them, I'm just keeping ot real 😉

They do a fantastic job washing and placing tints on your vehicle. It's more of a young hip place to get these services done. Many times I feel as if I'm in a lounge or bar with the loud music playing

Great Job, the car looks as if it was detail instead. I honestly, love how they wash it.. very nice and clean, they clean the tip of the mufflers. Thats just awesome.
