I was referred to Tho's Auto Collision by my brother when I hit my fender. I thought the repair would be an easy fix but ended up affecting other parts of the car that would also need repair, which I was totally bummed out about. I was going back and forth on using insurance or paying out of pocket, had lots of questions regarding the process and what options I had. Loan was patient and really took the time to understand and address all of my concerns. She was super responsive and even met with me on a weekend due to my work schedule. I knew I was in great hands and trusted Loan very quickly. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and will forever be going here for my car needs!

Got scratch front right of Mazda CX-5. Phoenix body shop quoted 1900, very lucky me, searched on Google Maps, found Tho’s Auto Collision, Inc. Ms Loan Bui took a look and very professional gave me 450 quote. Dropped off Monday morning and as promised, it’s done and ready for me to pickup just before 5pm next day, Tuesday. If I could give Tho’s Auto Collision, Inc. 10 stars I would! My friend referred me to Tho’s and I am so grateful she did. Tho’s provided excellent customer service and continuous updates while my vehicle was at their shop. Loan is amazing!!! She contacted my insurance company to coordinate my rental car extension and helped make the process as seamless as possible. They fixed a botched job done by another person and made my car look perfect. Their quality of work is superb and this body shop is top-notch. I won’t go to any other body shops now that I found Tho’s!

I took our older 4-Runner to Tho's for repair of a dent and refresh of the hood and door paint. As this was an out-of-pocket repair I appreciated their very reasonable price. They cater to a certain ethnicity it seems like the Hispanic community isn't very welcomed here. Came for an estimate left without one because they said they would txt me the estimate (kinda strange) anyways waited for over 2 hrs with no txt of any estimate whatsoever. So i went to another auto body shop and got an estimate within 5 mins. So safe to say if you aint of Asian ethnicity your business isnt welcomed here. Have a good day everyone.

Loan is the best manager! She is amazing and makes the process really smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. For my case, I stopped by the shop to get a preliminary estimate a few days ago and Loan spent so much time helping me keep in touch with my insurance. She is so patient and fast with answering my questions and giving advice. She also helped me connect and provided translation when my insurance needed to contact me about the claim that I could not thank her enough. Thank you so much for the great service!!!

This review is long overdue as I have taken my car her a few times. Each time they were amazing. Loan, who works the front desk is super responsive and communicative. What I love most about Tho's Auto Collision is they conduct business with honesty and integrity. I was quoted a labor rate to have my lights fixed which was perfect and fit my budget. After completion, Loan said that since it took less time, they ended up charging me less for labor. I'm not sure most auto repair shops would do this. Because of this, they have earned all of my future business and I will refer my friends and family as well.

I got rear ended unfortunately but I didn’t worry much because I know insurance will cover for sure and that I have a super reliable place to go to whenever this happens to me. The shop manager Loan takes care of directing me on what I need to do and arranged for my car rental to be ready when I drop off the car for the work. Within just a few days, all work is done, car is restored! I just leave the rental there and off I go! Thank you Loan and crew for a job well done as always!
