Stopped by with a flat,3 service guys and they told it would take 3 hours to fix a flat. I also asked for air because my tire was almost to the floor they didn't even look at me anymore they just ignored me so I had to drive to the gas station on a flat tire to put some more air in my tire in order to get to another tire repair shop. I understand you were very busy but no matter how busy you are your customers are the ones that pay your bills you could have said the hose is there or you could have helped me get some air in my tire if there was half a star I would give you half a star

Very friendly, fast service. My mom's car was having break problems. Took her car in & it was just a quick adjustment. Bam she is safe again. I was in & out of their in 15mins. Only cost $15 so I tip the 2 guys $5 each. They seemed to have knowledge of evet aspect of cars

The owner Son Lam and his wife are very nice, responsible and trustful to customer. He replaced the alternator about 15 months ago. When it was bad again, I brought the alternator back . He recognized the part then ordered for me a new one free of charge. WOW! Can you find any auto shop can do that with smile and respect. I strongly recommend Pro Tire Auto Service to anybody. Dlee

They replaced my front and back brake pads and rotors in just about an hour! And did it for cheaper than anywhere else around. The man at the front was very kind and talked me theough all my options before doing it. It was a great experience, I highly recommend coming here for your cars needs

Got 4 tire replace here, but after sensor would not read. They said I need to drive it to get it reset and recalibrate, after a while it still would not read. They scan it and said my two front tire was giving duplicate code and need to bring it to dealer to get it reset. Called the dealer and they said I need to replace all 4 sensor for about $400 total. So I didn't do it. 2-3 months later I got a nail on my front tire. Went to American tire clue to get it fixed, when they pulled it out they told me the sensor is missing from the front tire. I only have 3/4 sensor. Turn out this place either forgot to put back my tire, took it, or lost it... Wouldn't recommend. Sad the place is close by, but can't be trusted. They legit said oh it's not reading after we change your tire? We can't do anything or is not responsible for it, when in reality they didn't even put the sensor in.

I have been coming here to service my cars for the last 12 years because every time I get the best customer service from Son and his amazing and talented crew. Without a appointment I showed up for a oil change, tire rotation and filling up air pressure in my tires and Son had everything done in a hour for me. How does this place have such a high average rating? I'll admit (immediately) after I got my car back, it felt like a 5-star experience. I had a wheel alignment and AC charged. Both repairs failed. My AC was blowing cold initially, and started blowing hot again after a few days. Turns out I needed my dispatch hose replaced. So that's $100 for the AC charge in the trash. The wheel alignment felt a little tight, but I thought they did a good job. A month later the clock spring inside my steering wheel snapped. When I would turn my steering wheel, I could hear and feel a crunchy, plastic sound, and the horn also stopped working (alarm horn okay) and the airbag light went off. That's another $150 in the trash. Oh wait, now I have to get the clock spring replaced so my horn and airbag work again and my steering wheel doesn't feel like crunchy plastic when I turn it. Dealership mechanic said this happens when a wheel alignment isn't centered correctly. 100% caused by a bad repair. That will (now) be another $550 to get the clock spring replaced. Dispatch hose replacement with another AC charge will be an additional $625. So, overall a $250 donation to Pro Tire Service - nothing to show for it except another $1175 charge to the dealership to fix all the weird problems both missed & caused by this place.

Had nail in a tire. Sonny was awesome. Dropped off tire went to lunch then picked it up. Perfect. Went to Pep Boys they wanted to sell me all new tires on the same block new Century Tire but the parking lot was slammed so didn't even get out of the car.

7yrs ago, I priced around for a synthetic oil change before landing here. I was given outrageously different pricing. Owner was very honest and matched my lowest quote. I’ve purchased a different car since based on his recommendations. It takes me 45min-1 hr to get to this shop, and I have no issues with that. The Shop is reliable and the owner will always make time to discuss future maintenance issues. He gives helpful suggestions on how to extend the time before your next maintenance visit. The waiting area is quaint and inviting. I normally wait for my car to be serviced because of how quickly they work on it.
